  1. Really nice build But have u done any strengthening of the block? Also did u research the oil control issues and address them correctly? Jez
  2. GTRs are not the best for drift without changing the steering rack and a fair few other bits and peices. Have a look in the rb26 dyno results topic u will find the answers u want in there
  3. I think the one near passenger side strut tower is for the skyline wiper motor. Have u tried to start it yet? Does the fuel pump prime Nd more to the point what fuel pump are u using and have u wired an ecu triggered relay for it?
  4. Stock rb turbo is useless. Throw it in the bin. With the patrol what do u expect to gain from a twin turbo setup compared to a single turbo that is matched perfectly for the size and rpm of the engine? Msg hypergear, im sure he can tell u what turbo ro use on it

  6. No worries man. Just to be sure take the Fuel line off the rail and put it into a clear bottle then prime the pump so u can get a sample of the fuel, who knows it Might be full of water from a servo, if the fuel is ok and not contaminated put the line back on the rail and tighten. Ok so u now have spark and fuel, chexk the timing of the cam belt and crank angle sensor thoroughly then its time for a compression and leak down test.

  8. Looks good but i really dislike the fitting method of having to take off one of the oil returns from under the turbo.
  9. Try and get a noid light or led test light to make sure the injectors are firing. Did u fix the power feed to the injectors? Is the fuel line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail getting hard when the pump is priming? Try and restrict the return line from the rail to the fuel tank by squeezing it closed with soft pliers ie turtle jaws (plastic pliers). Were u driving when the car stopped or it just wouldnt start? Does it have fuel? Does it definately have spark?
  10. Its good to be rich on boost but when cruising it should be around stoich. What ecu are u using?
  11. Car looks awesome. Why did u go all out and go djetro? U could have made the same power with ur old ecu?
  12. U would know if the turbo was blown. Especially. T88 lol. Liquid gasket is a waste of time on turbo exhaust gaskets.
  13. If its not connected to the turbo intake (which he said it isnt) then it cant find its way to the intercooler unless a turbo seal is leaking
  14. Does it do it on both high and low boost. I have tuned a few cars that ceoydon tuned 1st Nd on power is tuned perfectly bu the cruise tune is crazy overly rich. Sometimes richer than when on full boost. If urs is the same then it would be a build up of fuel and carbon in the cylinder, then when u boot it its cleaning it out.

  20. U need to find out exactly how big the spacers are. Ur better off getting a genuine one. Ur old cover should have it?
  21. U have done the mods by the sounds of it. Now u should get better baffles so only vapour can exit the rocker covers. As above u should get an autech style catch can/oil air seperator. There only 150ish from memory from ebay or just jap. This will hold a bit of oil under power if needed then once it gets a chance it can dump the oil back into the head
  22. Did it low any black smoke or no smoke?
  23. U need to do a thorough check for leaks, get a smoke test done, and make sure the car is hunting before u test it(82degrees) Might even be something in the power fc when it reaches 82 degrees idle control or enrichment etc might need a tweak.

  25. Make sure the rubber grommet which has the 3 spacers in It is fitted from the other timing cover. Without this as boostn said u will break the cas, i have done this before aswell
