  10. alright got a price from nissan for rear kits $150 does both sides but it has to be shipped from japan.....
  11. im a %100 tight arse so what i did with the loom was make a new one up myself and just solder the wires straight to the coils. then i just tape the coils up, the only problem i have with the tape is i find it needs to be done again every 15000ks or so, i need to silicone them when i pull them out next time.
  12. i got a price for a pair of rear seal kits $90 posted. i'd be interested in a price for genuine Nissan gear though.
  13. very small, not good for big people. little rare, so parts and mods are hard to find..... i'd just go the usual s13/r32 pig
  14. i got a velo bucket that need to be done whats it cost for a job like the above?
  15. yeh i'd be interested in this too. where do you get the kits? whats involved?
  16. in my experience its gonna be different for every gearbox i pulled mine apart recently and the counter shaft bearing in the carrier plate was farked but input shaft bearing was ok. i had the same problems as everyone else though, mine just got really really loud so i swapped it
  17. put the microtech back in and see what happens
  18. how does the RSM get the car speed? does it do it independently via a g-sensor or does it get it via the ECU?
  19. you have to be careful when getting a rebuild done alot of places just change a few bearings and says its been completely rebuilt. im doing my rb20 box myself, just the bearings and seals. will cost me about $150 in parts but hours and hours of f**king around and a couple hundred more in tools! but still cheaper than getting it done at a shop i would say if it costs more than $800 to rebuild an rb20 box (which it usually does) just go an rb25 box.
  20. how would you know if you didn't even attempt it yourself..... if you have a brain and some tools its pretty easy...
  21. compare the heights of the new and old clutches/pressure plate's
  22. im having the same problem after disc change, is there a way to fix it without changing pads?
  23. yeh you should be able to push it towards the slave if not the slave has bottomed out and the clutch will be partially disengaged which would explain the slippage.
