Spotted a white r33 gtst on 18" chrome rims.. behind me then next to me at the next set of traffic lights just past new woden police station... anyone off here?? I probably sounded a little rediculous trying to drive it... just got a new heavy duty clutch:P Dayne

Last tuesday at home here in canberra it was 1.32 for unleaded, and 1.42 for 98 ultimate I drove 40minutes up the highway to a rural town and it was 1.22 for unleaded and 1.30 for 98... then i got to sydney and it was 1.15 (with voucher) for unleaded, and 1.25 for 98.. how does this work? its total bullshit if you ask me.... Im running a K&N pod filter, and the noise it makes is crazy... havent had a chance to record a sound as no-one else has been in the car with me yet... car is off to workshop tomorrow to get excede clutch put in, so i'll try grab one after there.. shouldnt be too long. Dayne

Pva glue - I have the 'click click click' noise when i first start my car... like an aircon vent is jammed or something.. its probably the aircon air acurator like you said, where is this located? and is it repairable, or do i need to buy a new one? Dayne

I have an Rb20E also, a good mate of mine said i will reach around 130rwkw on a 75hp shot... which is pretty impressive! Why dont you try this, full wet setup for $1000. I was also thinking the rb20det setup, at this stage might even go rb25de but. Dayne

Thanks for your correction mate, but my brothers car is 116kw or something and it smashes a car thats 145kw.. explain that? seriously there is no point arguing it because some people just dont get it - i've seen the various arguments on ozhonda too.. A corolla sportivo is a great car, but a integra type R or a VTi-R infact would cream one.. anyday:) I honestly think a corolla sportivo wouldnt get far away from a vti-r civic to be totally honest IMO But yeah... They are okay, I've driven a camry sportivo which i believe is better then the corolla... and they arn't all that fast. Everyone talks them up, but my brothers VTi-R civic pulled away from it.. and yes we can both drive. If all you want is a little zippy car for the city, and good on fuel i would say they are the go, fairly comfortable too! Dayne

Guys i need a new clutch as mine is f**ked. I have an RB20E, its out of a 33 GTS. I can only get an excede (spelling) heavy duty clutch for the r32 gtst (rb20det) but i would think the engines would be the same... Can someone verify if i can get the excede heavy duty clutch for the rb20det and use it on the rb20e... help is needed urgently. clutch is totally gone:( Dayne

Spotted a stock black S2 R33 skyline comming home from tuggers, had skylines australia sticker on it P plated was kinda speeding... I was driving the VTi-R civic coupe' you kind of boosted next to me.. however i wish you had of had a bit of a run with me when i was actually vtec'n next to you. Dayne

Make sure you check the amp filters sometimes they have low and high pass setups... take it back to the stereo shop and ask them if they can tune it so it has more bass maybe? or you could just go buy a sub and hook it up to the amp insted:) it will fix everything:P Dayne

Hmmm i've had interest at a higher price because its advertised in trading post for 13500... and wasnt really going to sell anymore unless i got that price... as i was going to have a nitrous oxide kit put onto the vehicle in 2 weeks time.. Seriously, if you want a fast car buy a fast car from factory (i.e turbo one) but if your already stuck with a non turbo and want speed but without a turbo the only real option which is illigal... is nitrous. Trust me... a NA with nitrous will shit on a stock GTT. (thats if you run a good shot. i.e 75hp) Dayne

I suggest you probably talk to one of the moderators/admin about this problem.. somewhere is a list of all the dodgy traders, and the admins usually have the ip's etc for them. Before anyone else can say if this has happened to them you will need to probably say when the sale took place, and who your dealing with.. as there is more then one person who trades on the SAU forums. If you still need somewhere PM me and i can tell you whos passed my skyline, many previous skylines, my mates nissan s13 (which clearly was wayyy to loud) and my brothers vtir civic (slammed)... none of the cars they had a problem with... and i've heard of people failing for obvious reasons (ie my brother) because it didnt have a grill in place, they just said come back with it on and we'll pass you free of charge. So its always good to know you basically have a second chance, oh and btw they didnt care if it was import or not. Dayne
