yatala pies rock! a cruise on easter sunday sounds sweet but hmm, lots of cops and holidayers on the roads
-
It's hard to put a hard price on it, as it has a very narrow target market... i'm not desperate to sell it, but if the right offer came along then I would...

iuhhh.... theres this little phenomena known as dns propogation. the database and forums have moved to a new server baka.endsurfer.com. And instead of blocking everyone from the forums until their isp's dns cache updates to the new address, i have allowed the forums on gala.endsurfer.com to use the database residing on the new server. the post order fsckup were due to a slight time sync issue between the two servers, which has been resolved. edit: i voted for the GTT, sweet cars

all these issues should now be fixed -
this is completely offtopic, but does this gavin wood fella do roadworthy/safety certificates? i just jumped in my car to get some petrol and i noticed my rego is due to expire on sunday and the rta didnt even send me out a renewal notice! the rego needs to be converted from nsw rego to qld rego, so i figure i need a certificate of some sort. does anybody know of any workshops/certificate issuers that are lenient on modified cars

i also had this problem with my car until fitting a power fc. turning the car on/off fixed it.

Just a suggestion, instead of going via Beenleigh, if the cruise stopped at Yatala BP the GC guys would have somewhere to meet the Bris guys. Then everyone could head out Stanmore Road (which is directly opposite BP, off the roundabouts near the Yatala pie shop). Stanmore Rd then joins onto Beenleigh - Beaudesert rd just after Windaroo. This would be easier than trying to meet up somewhere else on the way, and means you could avoid going through beenleigh

the drive on the end of the crank is longer on the 33. i believe the pumps are the same, but the low contact between the pump and crank on the 32 results in them failing more often.

sorry to hear it dude, there sure is some scum out there... but.. 9 times out of 10 they come back to nick the insurance replacement, borrow/hire a big badass dog off someone and keep it in your house for a month or so... get your payback, revenge is always sweet

definately a louder, crisper note. droning is caused by mufflers/resonators or anything that impacts the flow of your exhaust gas, so removing the cat is more than likely going to reduce the drone of your exhaust. environmental issues is the usual argument that comes up when mentioning removing cats. fact is... catalytic converters have a limited working lifespan, which is approx 100,000klms for oem units, and usually less for aftermarket items. how many cars on the road do u think replace their catalytic converter every 2-3 years? yep, none. unburnt fuel can also melt the core of the catalytic converter. so those guys with huge camshaft overlap, or running insanely rich mixtures (which will include most ppl with skylines ), will more than likely have an almost useless cat anyway. headaches? doubt it, more likely to be an exhaust leak somewhere under the car, maybe the gutted cat wasn't reinstalled with the gaskets? other than the possibility of a fine, i personally cannot see a reason to not remove your cat... (that is unless it's just for the flames )

yep, used to have coppers in my engine. but recently went back to iridiums. 10,000 change for coppers is a bit high, i found they started to go to shit after about 3500->4500 klms. part numbers are: NGK-R BKR7E, BKR8E, or BKR9E cost is usually just under $4ea, repco etc should be able to order them from ngk melbourne for you.
