  1. Being young and dumb, i thought i was the best estimater in the world... so when i saw space to cut left...albeit small, but there was space... and no way the lorry could accelerate fast enough.... i cut in ... and my spare wheel scraped a lorry on the highway at 70km/hr and i went into the railings. I heard the lorry drop gear to accelerate when i signaled and he didn't bother to stop after the accident, he just ran away. Too much in shock to get the lisc plate number. 20grand worth of repairs. This happened back home. Oh wells. I almost never speed on public roads, can't afford a fine. LoL P/s: Pple back home drive like that. If u signal, 80% of the time they'll speed up to prevent u from cutting. It's a bitch.
  2. Welcome to the world of dickheads. Put a dickhead in anycar, and he'll think it's a Ferarri/Porsche/Lambo. Then again, even dickheads drive enzos. http://www.wreckedexotics.com/special/enzo/. But i don't know if anyone will agree with me... but sometime or another, we do have to go through the dickhead stage of driving. I was there once, untill ermmm.... See below.....
  3. LoL. "Hi Cop, i just took some xtcy.. is it legal ?"
  4. hrmmmm.... there is a re enforcement bar on the bumper itself ? cause as far as i know ... no part of the chasis was cut.
  5. This is an example of a cut front bar from my line with a fmic. 600x300x75. I kinda like it somehow and it's still abs plastic... which is way more durable than fibreglass.. =D
  6. Mine has already been cut when i got the car... a little bit of a dodgy work but overall it's ok .... will post some pics soon

    Parkers

The one next to our main globe... the tiny ones. They're just called wedge parkers? No size specifics? EG: T10. The ones are non LED's but maybe i'll scout out some LEDs. Thanks
  8. I've been searching around the forums and i couldnt find it .. so if it has been mentioned in the forums before... forgive my blindness. Does anyone know R33 parker globe size? And those with the hid kits, if u want some white parkers, drop me a msg, i think i should be able to get them for $8 aud a set. Cheers!
  9. Actually a PFC can controll ur boost if i'm not wrong. So it's not necessary... but some pple just like more bling in their cabin, i would! LoL. Cheers!
  10. *PFFFFT* that puny thing is a ring? Well anyone could do better!!... uh ... who the hell am i kidding... That ring is gorgeous mate! And that rock looks huge man. Congrats and happy new year! While i was in central park ny, some guy proposed to a girl near the ice skating rink too. Is it just me or is everyone gettin married? LoL
  11. That vaccume hose is pretty important for ur rpm to be stable. with the hose not connected, you'll notice everytime you clutch in and hold it when you change gear, the rpm may drop to zero and the engine may stall, till you clutch out and the engine will spring back to life. Your idle should still be fine. If you need a plumb back, try a wrecker or something, wouldn't be ex i should think.
  12. Anyone knows where i can pump petrol?
  13. Not cool at all !!! Same thing happened to my friend. He just got a new paint job. and 3 days later... some dude dents his door in... sheesh!!! what's with these pple!! it's as if they do it on purpose!!!
  14. LoL. Hrmm... I think it's a subconcious thing, they don't know that it means wanker in spanish, but the name is very appealing to them! Thus the connection btw driver and errr... wanker. LoL
  15. Has anyone in WA claimed with Just Cars? Cause they're based in Sydney right? Or is it Melbourne. And that's wayyyyyy over east. So i was wondering how easy and "fast" it is to do a claim. Insurance always takes a damn long time to claim no matter what. Unless your bank or ur parents or some sponsor is ur main insurance company ^_^
  16. If it really was 98, caltex would advertise it as 98. Why wouldn't they brand it as premium fuel when it is? When it's premium, it's worth more $$ than 95... and thus higher prices. Makes no sense to purchase 98 octane at their 98 cost price and not advertise it as 98 right? A company would do all it can to earn your extra buck, so if it's the real deal, again they would advertise it for sure. My .5 cents worth
  17. Compression test is not done yet, but will be done soon.

  19. Good luck, hopefully it'll all go away with a light fine. Cheers!

  23. I wish i'm stayin in aussie for those few mths. Oh wells. Anyway, just to check for future use. When u mean Australian Safety standards (AS 1698, Snell SA90, BS6658-85). I've got a helmet back in SG that i use for go karting. It's a 1/2 face helmet that is approved for use as a motor cycle helmet. Brand is hyper racing i beleive. How do i check if it meets Australian Safety Standards?
