Guys i spoke to nathan for a while yesterday, i mentioned to him the position the rules put cars like mine (and a few of you others) into. He said that there's most likely going to be another class opened up soon but not for this first event So im going to this first event to help boost numbers, have a fun day out, thrash the car - and meet some of the other tough GTR owners from around the place Next time we (RB30 crew) can have a good shot

Cheapest will be an internet based supplier as they have lower overheads than a normal company. Do a search.

Yeah i understand that, just after a definate "line in the sand" Settle pettle, im not in your class for more than one reason now: -Rb30 bottom end -Gate vents to atmo +1 to practice and meeting up No worries, thanks for the reply Reason i was asking is that ive got an RB30 bottom in a GTR, decent brakes on it aswel, but it doesnt stand a chance in hell of a decent/respectable result in open class against even half of the current list, eg workshop backed cars etc. Its got a screamer on it (but id plumb that back if the RB30 was allowed). Seems i shouldve got a 2.8kit instead of the RB30 and used the 26 block in hindsight, so no one knows whats inside

Um....... All Clubsprint Series vehicles must retain their originally designated engine. For example, a Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T came from the factory with an RB25DET, and therefore must have an RB25DET, otherwise it will be designated into the Superlap Open Class. ........this raises one obvious question: Is this to eliminate people with 180sx's who have put rb26's in there (and alike, 20B's in RX7's etc), or all hybrids (for example, an rb25 head, rb30 bottom end, in an r33 gtst). If the later, why? Also whats the entry fee? Im keen as mustard for this one, but not if i dont qualify for street class
