Here's a vid of one of the last runs I did, with one of Gregs (vspec) mates as passenger: http://www.mediafire.com/?dm3ylw9itlt (Warning 46MB)
Its definitely not a clean lap and it's about 1:12.7
When I find the other tapes I'll post some more!
So pissed off that I forgot to press "record" before the first session when I was chasing Chubbs
This probably doesnt help you considering you need it this weekend.. but i'll post it anyway

Is leaving at 6am leaving enough time? It should take 2hours+ from Casula so that would get you at the track at 8:00, or 8:15 if you stop for fuel...? Scrutineering starts at 8am.
Yeah its a good idea as leaving the handbrake on while the brakes are red hot can warp and leave deposits on the the rotors, as you most likely know seeing as you're asking the question!
Keep in mind though that you cant have the chocks flying around your car while you race... leave them in your garage. Scrutineers will tell you to take them out if they see them.
$59 for budget single room, or $84 for a budget twin double at Alpine Lodge... Comes with Electric blanket! haha..

Only 2.2km from Mikes Manor too http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&...mp;t=h&z=14
Yeah.. strongly recommend bringing some jerry cans with fuel. It's a 15 min drive to Goulburn which eats into your track time if you have to go fill up... You dont want to race on less than a 1/8 tank because you can starve the pump of fuel when you're belting around corners
Last day I did I went through about 70L of fuel.
Yeah the last wakefield day I went to it was fairly damp in the morning so I left my street tyres on... After 1-2 sessions though the racing line dried up really quickly.
Haha in that case...
Nah, just a major service.. Hoping my mechanic doesnt stuff around and its ready in time!
Mikes Manor is fully booked though, doh... Let me know if you organise with somewhere else to stay
Good idea richard, although doof you would want something on paper from the cops. If you walk in there with a story they ill just tell you to jump. If it's not a form or written on a bit of paper they are clueless
