Not sure personally, but I reckon that there is NO way you'll be getting one here for under $60-80k at least. Shipping cost from USA, plus i'm guessing there is a hell of a lot of work that needs to happen in order to compliance one of those things over here.

Yeah I can vouch for NextG wireless, i use one for work... Shitloads better than all of the others, in coverage and speed (I've tested 3, vodaphone and unwired). The only downside is cost, it's pretty expensive!! Like $89 for 1GB per month on a 24 month contract... ouch!

Yep! The cable ties did beautifully thank you All hail the mighty cable tie! I've got plenty more video, it takes me a bit of time to chop it all up because the original video is 1920x1080i resolution (about 190MB per minute!!), so it takes some time to compress it down to a downloadable size.. I only regret not getting some footage from outside the car, it's all in-car unfortunately. I was also lucky enough to have clear track ahead of me for a lot of the time, so it havent got that much 'chase' footage.. I'm browsing through now.. I'll see what I can find of other peoples cars
