OT but you dont need to buy expensive stuff (or stuff period) to keep a woman. Infact, long term it has counter productive effect. I plugged in old buklb and still no light! What fuses do i need for my car and where are they? R33 S2 help plz!! Also where can i buy em?

A week ago one of my headlights went out for no apparent reason as I just got new head bulbs... I thought ok... will fix soon. Tonight as turned on my headlights, the second headlight went out too, it came on for half a second then went out! So now I only have driving lights working. Wtf? lol Im gonna try and put back my stock head light bulbs on tomorrow as I have aftermerket Jap headlight bulbs... Anyway any ideas wtf is goin on? Those headlights were roughly 8 weeks old.

I might just either get my mechanic to do it or give to Fluidrive people... I cant afford to buy 3 x $67 of tranny oil...!! Im sure they know how to get all that oil out, excuse the ingorance.

BTW will 4 litres be enough?

I just bought Nulon Ultra Cool concentrated radiator treatment. Actually is this a proper coolant or did I just buy something useless for my Skyline? lol I also got the Nulon Radiator Flush and Clean.

Ill start with the obvious? AFM? Check soldering inside it. If not, resolder it. Might pay to swap over with another AFM. if your pod is insecure, secure it asap. Coils? Check to see if they are clean inside.

Is this something a regular mechanic can change? I have a friend who specialises in BMWs, can he change my transmission oil? I presume... Also where is the deepstick for it?

How much do i need?

My car has done "50,000" kms and I want to change transmission oil, its auto. I am not sure what type to buy... can I use Shell Spirax CX 80w-90?

Says the manual is: 183.88 kw / 6400 rpm 294.20 N*m / 4800 rpm

Is it the same for S2s?

Why do I see so many R32s with projector headlights while R33s have none other than GTR S3 with projectors? I know some R32s came with normal reflectors but the majority is projectors. Also there are no aftermarket headlights for R33s in projector style... while Honda, VT +Commodores, even AU Falcons all have an aftermarket projector headlights for like 400 bucks... Why?

Amazing really.. but then again reviews are usually off the scale so I think more to the 15-16 L mark. My friend has a BA XR6 NA falcon, he gets 280 KMs from a full tank... he gives it a bit but not that much.

Went out last night to St Kilda and then Chapel St for drinks and watch mate dj. Anyway on the way to St Kilda I spot another Skyline, its an R32 with a massive exhaust. I drive past him on the right lane, he catches up to me and starts talking, I wind my window down before I can make any sense of him... see this young guy, he starts trying to taunt me with "I guarantee I can beat you easy, comon we go right now." Im like "My car is stock mate." He proceeds to tell me so is his... haha yeah right, an R32, with a massive cannon, monster tachos and sounds like a jet plane with BOV going off every second. Anyway I understand some of you get really excited when you see another sports car, let alone a Skyline but seriously that kind of attitude is super dorky. If your reading this, what Ive got to proove to you? Nothing by a long stretch, theres always someone faster than you so relax, and enjoy your car, no need to be a hero, if you wonna impress me go and show me how you pick up girls at clubs or on the street. Then I may respect you more. Besides even if I wanted to go you, there was no where for a decent run as it was a 60 KM zone with pedestrians and cars all around. On the way back I ran into about 2 or 3 Supras... some Asian boys... spoke to the ones in the black Supra... awesome guys, had a laugh and they complimented my car a few times.

How much are just normal R33 GTST S2 brake pads in Super Cheap Auto or any other shop? Also is disk machining vital or can go without?

Going past chapel st probably, but not to cruise up n down like a wanker... actually walk down to clubs/bars and socialise with friends and strangers.

Look around more. The first Skyline I was prepared to buy had too much things go wrong, lucky I had RACV check it, I kept looking and found another Skyline. No problems at all. Be prepared to pay extra for good quality.

The high flow cat gives your car that nice burble type sound right even if you have a stock exhaust?

You can resolder AFMs yourself, I had exact same problem. Bought second hand one of here, then checked inside the old AFM and the solder came right off cos the pod wasnt secure bumping the AFM.
