  1. To be honest, the more I think about it, the more I lean towards the 34, purely for connection reasons. I realise it's substantially less powerful/refined/capable etc but that's not what the purchase is about. That said, when it happens I will definitely test both and the missus has also stressed that she feels I should test some other things also - I have a feeling she would much rather me with a 4 door, possibly something Euro and I'll test those 2 but ultimately I just want another GT-R.
  2. Anyway to speed up tendon recovery? Big weekend on the tools has proved costly. Skipped Monday because I was sore and pulled the pin towards the end of tonights session as the tendon from the back of my elbow to the top of my shoulder is killing me. Felt mostly around the tricep elbow connection point.
  3. I want to see if I get any "gainz" first. Hard to know for sure as I added creatine back in also.
  4. No sleep pattern changes? As it's been quite apparent for me.
  5. Sleep pattern getting better as I lower the DAA amount. See how I go tonight as I skipped Monday due to massive weekend on the tools (I even had a really hot bath on Sunday night to hepl and I never have baths...)
  6. Fair enough Rev, for $10 I'm willing to see out the pack. I can say without doubt that it has affected my ability to get to sleep/stay asleep and I'm not getting the 3:30itis I did have. Does that mean anything to do with Testosterone? No idea, but it's a very noticeable difference.
  7. I'd say this is likely the key. Star picket was thrown across the yard upon extraction, neighbor came over for a laugh as I sucked in air and regained some composure.
  8. I was wondering if I did because since having Ella my emotional responses are much worse/amplified than before and I was going heavily backwards in training - but sleep is a big factor in both of those as well plus months of sickness etc - having a kid is not conducive to staying fit and healthy.
  9. "possibly attributing" I think the sleep pattern issue is definitely the supp, i think the aggression is just being so f**king tired and just worn the f**k out (and possibly amplified by the supp?) Work/home etc has been mad busy and then weekends roll around and I spent 12hrs doing shit I hate doing and while I had success, it was a hard slog, stuffed today so it may just be stress related. As for low test levels, it shouldn't be an issue by now, if you're referring back to my comments from when Ella was born and being too emotional, that shit is supposed to stop around the 1yr old mark, she's 19mths old now. Granted I might just be a huge pussy though. Anyway, just sharing what I'm seeing. Really should have had a blood test done before and after. EDIT: Since dropping reps, adding weight and getting back on the protien I've come up from 82-83kg in the morning to 85 so far. Ideally I'll add another 3-4.
  10. Well Friday's gym session went surprisingly well, added a bit of weight to everything and got it all out, but that could be reintroducing creatine or having more protien or having dropped reps and adding weight for stimulus etc. 2 things I am finding and possibly attributing to the DAA is that my sleep patterns are bad, i am now dropping the dose and only having it in the morning and that when annoyed I seem to get angry, quite angry for me. I had to remove a star picket on the weekend and almost lost my shit because I couldn't get it out. Grabbed my sledge hammer and beat the shit out of it (got it out though) and managed to damage the garden bed also. I haven't raged like that for a while. Might be unrelated as I've been very busy/tired etc but still something to note.
  11. lol but dem gainz tho
  12. Oh and DAA dominates all other tastes (not in a good way) so have it by itself 0_0
  13. One thing I think I can say about it is that after 3 days, my sleep patterns are not great. I will switch to morning and noon and try to avoid it at night. I have not felt this "awake" since before having the baby. Last nights gym session felt more or less the same, didn't feel as fatigued after and got through everything (but I have also dropped reps back and added weight so I can start to build a little more size/strength again). I'd attribute that more to creatine. See what the next for weeks shows up, but there's definitely an "issue" with sleeping.
  14. Interesting. I've already bought it and started, but it's only a 100gm bag so not a big spend. Grabbed some creatine again too plus BN goofed and sent me WPI instead of WPC. Expecting 500% gainz.
  15. Thoughts on D Aspartic Acid?
  16. Time to swap out the M for a B in your name now. But seriously, good news that it's minor. I can second the posture comment as it made a lot of difference for me to stand up staight/walker taller/sit better etc. Oh and bent rows or something that involve shoulder girdle contraction (for me) as my shoulders were rolling forward from too much bench.
  17. A burger? You need to go on a diet you fat beast.
  18. Sounds familar re how you manage it now. I miss being mid 20s and indestructible.
  19. Did someone heal your aura through your chakras or something...
  20. The struggle is real.
  21. Try a good 2years of trying to recover from what was essentially extreme tennis elbow from being a bro curler lol Injuries pissing contest - go!
  22. Not good Mitch Hopeful you can just rest up and need nothing more than that. I've made some small adjustments to my routine to hopefully stop going backwards, added weight, dropped from 3x8s to 3x6s for a while to build a little more strength again. A guy here said he had huge success with back extensions/morning glory type exercises so I've removed the back plank I was doing and added swiss ball back extensions, trying to up my eating and get to bed earlier. See how we go over the next few weeks.
  23. Sounds dirty, I like it. Shame you didn't give it a rev, did I miss a dyno video?
