  1. To someone who used to get down on his hands and knees to blow the excess water out of the wheel nuts, it's horror. I am not that bad now, but not saying I couldn't be that bad again with another GT-R =\
  2. Hah, nice. I remmeber washing my GT-R multiple times a week to keep the dust off =\
  3. Having owned MP1, would not buy another dark colour.
  4. Very nice, shame it's not Gunmetal.
  5. Please post a video when you do 0_0
  6. Would be weekender but would absolutely HAVE to be responsive,e happily at the expense of some top end grunt if need be. Though as I understand it, with a 3L you can have both
  7. I think ultimately that's what I'll do. Can always sell it and buy a newer one.
  8. So took my week off, ready to come back for a light session last night, went to be early instead due to flu, can't catch a break. Just cannot catch a break. Drinking juice, taking multivitamin, eating yogurt, up'd protein intake, just cannot seem to get a run of more than a week or 2 of being somewhat "healthy". Need some decent sleep too, being a parent is equivalent to having Ebola on every surface in your house Other parents tell me it starts to improve after about 2-3yrs...
  9. Great job, I was straining with you for some reason
  10. I'm taking a week off, will have a light session on Wednesday, upping food intake, trying to get to bed earlier, back on multivitamin, daily yoghurt/juice for better immune health etc. Starting to feel slightly better, at least from the point of view of not catching anything for a few weeks. That old man struggle is real - as Rev sits there laughing.
  11. I'm in two minds about that approach due to risk of injury due to lack of energy/focus and not maintaining good form etc. What's odd is even when I've had some good eating days and gotten some decent sleep, the fall off in strength between sets is the thing that stands out most notably.
  12. Morning all. I'm still here, doing little more than maintenance these days due to work, not great sleep, long winter season of illness etc. Lost 5-6kgs (not intentionally and it sucks, but hey, more abs) and am only getting 3x 30-40min sessions a week these days so unsurprisingly my strength/size has/is also going backwards. Because I cannot easily control the factors affecting it, what's the best approach to try and minimise the losses? Drop the weight so I can get out the full rep/set scheme (3x8 in most cases, 2x15 on squats bu they are only light and are a special case due to my back) or continue doing what I've been doing which is struggle but keep adding sets to get the full volume out. as in 8, 8, 5, 3 or 8, 7, 6, 3 etc. Good to see you guys (and Leesh) still cranking out your sessions
  13. I still lurk, all maintenance these days though, the herniated disc really slowed me down lol Back into light squatting now Good to see you're both still alive.
  14. Anyone here doing this? Is there any live timing/streaming about? I can only see news bulletins on the website.
  15. I think we'd better see some 3L R34 clips to assess the sound...
  16. 16s in, down the straight, that's the mount? That's trippy.
  17. Turn off the anti shake crap in YouTube that gives it the wobbles and makes it look like the Time Space continuum is bending around you.
  18. If I'm racing my 450kw GT-R against another 450kw GT-R, there will definitely be trash talking.
  19. Would be good to see a comparison with a 3L for area under the curve. What was the batch of fuel like on that run content wise?
  20. Pump E85 with flex fuel sensor or drums? What turbos? Post a graph.
  21. Currently have 17x8 front and 17x9 rears and want to replace those rims with something that's 17x9 all round. 4 stud and on a grip car, the idea is to try and get 255s on it all round. How hard is it to get a 17x9 with 255 rubber to fit on the front of an S13? I realise there are some variables to that, not sure what the current rim offset is or what's needed. I run a little under 3deg neg camber up front. I was hoping to not have to do "extensive" guard work. I'll look around for rims but finding 17x9 in 4 stud is not easy so I may just end up with some new Rota GRDRs or something similar.
