  4. if you honestly want the best you cant go wrong with motec, but like ash said you cant really go wrong with PFC. you gotta ask yourself aswell the following questions. main use of car wat power you want wat your mech can actually tune. the list goes on but it proberly better for you to give us a bit more info yourself.
  5. i was under the impression you can get straight drop in injectors with a bolt up(or similar) plenum. do i need a fuel rail for injectors even though im running a plazmaman plenum which is a direct bolt on?
  6. custom = $$$ so i dont see the point honestly unless your going all out annd need something the jap brands dont offer off the shelf. do what you gotta do with the dump/front pipes batmbl make some nice ones although im not sure if he does GTRs, but u should be able to find them anywhere. as for cats i would recommend catco, from personally exp they are top quality and picked mine up for about 400 from batmbl aswell. but make sure it is at least the same size as the dump/fronts to avaoid causing turbulence. and if you want something quiet u cant go wrong with the Trust or HKS Silent Cat backs. although its to quiet for my liking. hit youtube and youll see wat i mean.

  12. i want as much low - mid toqrue as possible without excessive wheelspin. im runing the .82 rear on the 3540. how much boost could i run? a friend of mine on the standard rb25 (r33) ran 26psi which i havnt seen but ppl talk to much shit these days so just wanan confirm. ive forged the bottom and aiming for the 500hp park.. so around 370 380RWKW..... possible with standard cams? if not how big should i go? again it is a street car so trying not to get TOOOOOO MUCH attention with the lumpy noise. p.s max output on standard pump fuel with standard cams?
  13. just another update again guys, everything seems to be going smoothly, ive sent kyle a msg asking how everythings going and if we are still expecting the manifolds in the near week. will keep everyone posted so check back regularly.
  14. hows it going guys, my projects comming to a finish soon so i thought id trot around the threads again. i came across this and was very curious as to wat everyone else thought. i PMed Sky30 but has not gotten back to me in over a week. my question is what his done even possible on a gt3540??? even with race fuel i ddnt think he could get that amount of power out of a 3540, let alone 17.5psi. anyone care to clarify?

  16. idling doesnt use that much fuel, obviously a bit more from a cold start but not enough to effect your economy that much, unless you only drive very short trips between cold starts. you dont need to warm your car up for that much anyway, let it idle for 20-30 secs to build up oil pressure then just drive it soft to warm up everything, gearbox diff etc, not just the motor
  17. wen i get my car back ill show u out it should be set up properly, you should always stick to the OEM airbox unless you can supply a proper CAI(cold air intake) for your enclosed POD, otherwise its either A) sucking hot air which is useless or B) sucking no air cuz theres no air feed.

  20. they fit the r34 gtt, so i think they should be fine, if not minor guard rolling would be needed
