  1. prob in the fuse panel in the cab or under the steering wheel. ive never had to go looking for mine so im unsure
  2. "electronic flasher unit" these bad boys make the indicators flash at the same speed regardless of load. but you need to find yours and see how many terminals it has first so you get the right one
  3. turn on indicators and follow the clicking noise to the flasher unit. once you know if it has 2 or 3 terminals then go to an auto sparky or supercheap etc and get an electronic flasher unit. flasher usually looks like a small silver can electronic ones flash at the same speed regardless of load
  4. had some decent dish rims but not sure what sort
  5. friday arvo saw a silver RS four going though bunbury and down the bussel highway. had SA number plates
  6. black car? 3 months ago or so? was turning off at kalamunda and a black car, i think ute from memory went flying past me and got done...
  7. i dont mind the needles as it helps me not feel everything else. i hate that grinding feeling. have only had 1 tooth pulled after a hockey mishap but had already had heaps of needles so it wasnt too bad...sounded terrible though
  8. ahhhh your a sicko ive been anxious since making the appointment
  9. aussie parents havent had any overcrowding dramas
  10. have always hated going to the dentist as they never have anything good to say. but have had some crazy toothaches of late so i have made an appointment for first week of Dec. im really not looking forward to it but its overdue.went 8-9 years without a visit and has been 2 or so since my last. no fillings and all wisdoms out. 2 teeth have broken since last appointment i think from overcrowding
  11. auto elec is ok if you live in the city or wanna do FIFO but if you dont there arent that many opportunities. diesel fitting is ok as there is a fair bit of variety in the work and money is usually good. i spent 7 weeks stripping, sanding and prepping my car to do a full respray and i only enjoyed the first day and last day thoroughly agree about working on cars for a living will make you hate doing it on the weekends
  12. i think 200 from memory. the whole reason we used it was for was for protection from exhaust leaks on the big dump trucks so the harness wasnt totally screwed. we used the large red firesleeve on the main harnesses where the diameter was big enough. but those trucks going up the ramps has constant egt`s of 600-750C for up to an hour solid so would be a hotter engine bay than yours. but the further you can keep it from turbo and exhaust the better will try scout around for part number and price on the black one next couple days
  13. red stuff? if so that stuff is the goods but ive never seen it in a size that is practical for vacumn lines. but perfect for turbo oil lines etc
  14. oh the farken issues ive had trying to get these photos uploaded, if it wasnt the camera it was the computer usb then the computer in general etc. the $4 a metre applies to the yellow one you see here. i havent found the part number of the black one yet but im guessing it will be simular. i also need to find out if it can be sold in smaller boxes but i think it can be bought by the cm
  15. hey mate ive got my ass hanging at work so havent been able to upload photos. internal diamter is 10mm and costs $4 a metre. will try get photo or 2 up tonight
  16. one of the sites i worked at up north used to cut the factory sleeving off injector harnesses on new engines before fitment and used a fibreglass sleeve simular to the red sleeving you see on peoples oil drains. was about half inch diamter and thinner than the red stuff but was effective. tooks years or so of contant 24/7 operations to make the wires hard and brittle compared to factory. i have put aside 10m or so as i rewire mine in the next month or so. i have it in black and yellow. will have a look for part number and price if your keen.
  17. the original core is only about 25mm but if the cooler takes up half the room then it will be a little difficult
  18. hope you dont mean yellow sticker Richard
  19. fixed your electrical gremlins yet Matt? what was it?

  20. haha top explanation how much of a gap is there between rad and cooler?
  21. saw a purple 32 and red 33 in bunbury today about 1-2ish. parked outside a closed paint store refuelling the cars with jerry cans... not sure if they were running ethanol or didnt think you could buy 98 in bunbury
  22. for once Rick is right go back 2 months ago in the WA section and everyones car was being stolen and having intruders in the house looking for the car keys and other valubles
  23. you obviously didnt look too hard as there is heaps of PFC info on here. look up Paulr33 and he has links. also DIY section there is some info
  24. if it was the alternator or reg the engine wouldnt die immediately as it still has the battery to run off. ecm would prob switch off between 8-10 so there would be ample time sounds like something loose or even a short in batt cables
