  2. where are you connecting the jumper cables? bad terminal on battery and your clips are helping squash on? if alternator doesnt get a good connection to the battery it will overcharge which will prob bring on the warning light but im not 100% if that applies to skyline alternators only thing i can think of atm that explains both your sypmtoms
  3. on most cars power goes from the fuse to the horn and the other side of the horn goes to the button in the steering wheel.

  5. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/301992-diy-fix-cluncking-noise-in-dash-r33s/page__hl__frog this could be the clicking possibly. so the fan doesnt work at all? it may be the sound of the fan hitting something(possibly due to a bearing collapsing and allowing it to move around) if the fan isnt working i would check power to the fan which is behind the glovebox. good chance the motor has failed

  7. quite often they dont look blown, but if you hold it up to a light and flick it you may see the filament shake around

  22. white 35 GTR with black rims at shell gateway servo in bunbury at 2pm
  23. the alternator can be reconnected internally to Delta. this bumps up output but chrging is decreased at low RPM. i did this to my old 85 amp commodore alternator. idle=12v 900rpm =13v, 1000rpm= 14v however it produced about 180amps. if the system is set up with 2 batteries then they could be joined with a solenoid which could disengage when the motor are turned on. this will be better for the car as voltage wont be affected but these motors would lose some power as the 2nd battery voltage will drop fast as its not being charged, but can recharge when the solenoid kicks back in. sounds interesting either way
