  2. yeah your cheap just jap one sure does the same shit... anyway thats fine.. there are people out there who will pay for quality items that do what they are suppose to and dont fail after a few months.
  3. i'll give you 1K for it. serious offer
  4. car is worth about 4K max
  5. selling a pair of 18X10 -1 5x114.3 D1R's $500 no tyres
  6. haha cheers for reposting that... that was so fun that day. not much of a track but it was private property and fun as hell
  7. just got these on yahoo JP auctions... seriously cool sizes!
  8. yes internal gate with externally venting screamer yes? if so my two statements are still valid
  9. LOL if its an external screamer and it doesnt scream then there are two possible issues here 1. the gate isnt opening at all (car would be boost spiking or 2. the car is so loud that you cant even hear if its venting externally. the fact is. instead of bagging something on a forum. if there was a problem with the product then why dont you just take it up with andrew?
  10. at least qantas get you there in the end unlike tiger....
  11. chasing a manual conversion kit for a C34 s2 stagea. hit me up
  12. you're a fool you're a fool also
  13. hahahaha yep. im still trying to work out what to do.. ideally i want to have my car sent on a truck and fly... but having trouble finding a reliable transporter that can handle my low car.
  14. f**k tiger..... such a 3rd rate airline!
  15. would be fantastic! im still a bit baffled by the link i put up earlier of the guy who did ITB's on his neo with NO adaptor plate... how is this done does anyone know? i'd pm the guy but he doesnt look like an active member of SAU anymore
  16. Looks like it
  17. plazman maniflolds are HUUUGE thats for sure... they really only suit VL's and their large engine bays. i had the misfortune of working on a 34 with one fitted and you couldnt change the oil filter from the top thats for sure. or the sides for that matter.
  18. well i did some searching and it seems a member did it all on a neo motor with no adaptor plate... sweet as! looks like its pretty straight forward then. as per here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/247435-mating-rb26dett-throttle-plenum-on-rb25det-neo-head/page__view__findpost__p__4606691
  19. can do a CAD drawing of the adaptor easy enough.. once this is done i have a machinist who can work off the file. shouldnt cost any where near as much as buying a made kit.. there is however trial and error. I would like to see some pics of plates used to get a rough idea what to expect atm. thanks for the pics posted so far guys... loads of info here already
  20. yeah most likely will look at designing my own set up either making an adaptor plate or something you mentioned. pics and more info are welcome!
  21. if the motor is stock and turbo and ecu is stock.. you wont make much if any at all gains. if the head is worn, seals leaking or valves leaking then youll gain back lost power
  22. so anyway my neo 25 is pretty well spot on in terms of power, response and torque. I did want to change the stock over the top of the motor style manifold for the sake of tidying up the engine bay and so forth. i DONT want to go with a cheap shit copy manifold. I would get a greddy manifold but at around 700 odd for a new one i was thinking why not go with GTR ITB's and plenumn. whats needed to make them fit and would it be a total waste of time and money? looking at changing the diff back to a 4.1 so will need a tad more midrange torque and power to make up for the ratio change from 4.3. this might be one way of doing it? fwiw a plazmaman manifold is out the question.. they are HUGE and IMO overpriced.
