first question: i would say yes, however im not sure how you would go about it, im guessing it would say somewhere on the forms or ring the court or cop station. second question: i feel no, as you are to pay it, and out of the goodness of their hearts(!!) (the government(?!) they give you a time period to pay it in, its your choice whether you pay now or later, and if you dont, they send you another fine and get more money... i got a fine in the mail on tuesday for getting done by a camera, i have until the 21st of feb to sign the stat dec and then they will send out the bill quick smart!

if you plan for like 300rwkw plus then 040 is fine, but there are lots of other things to be worried about for that power level than just the fuel pump

the walbro's are rated at 15volts in the r33 they only run at 12volts so they never run at their optimum charge, hence "they're crap" run a 15volt direct circuit to them and they should be OK. skyline r33 gtr pump should be fine for your requirements and is a direct fit. the bosch is only noisy if installed incorrectly. normally it should be quiet

if you get an aftermarket tune done most tuners will tune for max power and make sure its nice and safe. since owning an aftermarket ecu and doing some tuniunig things i have found myself: do light load / cruise ignition timing yourself do light load / cruise afr tuning yourself those two will give you some good fuel economy and a nice crisp feeling when driving.

you can get a techedge wideband 02 sensor for around $500 which should have a fucntion to emulate the stock narrow band sensor for feedback to the ecu. but this is pointless with the stock ecu, as you can't do anything with the value, other than go oh cool its lean or rich and so on. with an aftermarket ecu wideband is helpful as you can tune in real time based on wideband afr all in all unless you have aftermarket ecu dont bother

theres a massive difference between 250rwk and 350rwkw so you should think carefully before deciding, the cost difference is around 10k. 250rwkw it would go for hks gt-rs or garret equiv, z32 afm, 550cc inj, powerfc, heavy duty clutch, tyres, suspension work, cold air intake, intercooler, boost controller, 3.5" split dump zorst and cat back for 350rwkw it beyond the safe internal limit for rb25 so youll need to open it up to safely make that power. ie: cams, pistons, injectors you need a larger turbo (more and more lag) with forged pistons, cams most likely bigger clutch, better suspension work and so on as the power graph increases linerally the cost graph increases exponentially.

r33 stock maxes out at 250rwkw z32 should max out around 350rwkw ish q45 should max out around 500rwkw ish

going down a hill doesnt mean you can go any speed you want, you are still spose to stick to the speed limit. i got my first speeding fine going down a hill in a 70km/h zone speeding offences are strict liability offences - you dont need the fault element at all, just doing it is enough

it has been a great year, i feel i have really gotten into it and its not just for the boys! a big thank you to all of the committee members for their organisation of the events and for being there whenever you need anything. and a special mention to bec for always having all of the merchandise with her and having to lug that stuff around everywhere you go, i bet you are so glad to get rid of the raffle prizes (except for the tint you won!!!) thanks again to everyone
