Hi, Skidkids wife here.....After driving a 91 Corolla and a 91 4Runner in past 4ish years, the Stagea (which is "my daily driver" but we do have a few discussions about this!!!!) is the comfiest, and easiest car to drive that I have driven, although abit like SKA's wife I will drive around to find a carpark that I can easily get into, cause I find it a bit hard to judge where the ends of the car are, particularly the back, probably cause it stops so abruptly....but I did have the same problem in the 4Runner. It's easy to get the baby in and out of and it great having a big cargo area, the pram and the shopping fits in easily, as a matter of fact we should probably do more shopping!!!! The young guys especially get a bit of a shock when I beat them off the lights (only up to the speed limit of course!) and the Stagea is a bit of a novelty here with ours the only one we have seen in our town.

I haven't seen any other stageas on the road in Launceston Tassie, but I did see 96' in our local paper this saturday 4sale.

How about the niiiice Silver Stagea S2?!. Did it make the dvd?.

Bought from bigcarl, near new 4 $300.00. Got 2 b quick. It is a mild steel pipe and I believe they r $450.00 new. Go the Stagea!.

I fitted a full 3" ex. up2 our Stagea a couple of weeks ago. I bought a 'ces' split dump/ front pipe (had 2 cut weld at g/box mount and move 2 clear), 3" cat, R32 GTR cat back (lenghtened pipe 4.5" after rear diff ass.) and a straight out rear pipe. I have a 'Jasma' stainless rear muff. I may fit.

In Tassie. Learnt a lesson. Cheers all.

Cruise,You must be a magician lol. I haven't been able 2 fill an oil filter then tip it on its side to screw on2 the side of a motor without oil running out and making a bloody mess. As it was i had 2 degease after removing old filter. Cheers

98' RS4, silver. Tinted front door glass. Earthed boost sol. CES split dump/ front pipe,3" cat and back exhaust with no rear muffler. K+N panel filter. S/S vented coilpack cover. Baby seat for Ella. D/C tranny oil cooler. Waiting for Rad. air deflector. Have fitted SAF-C. Need to fit boost gage, Adj. cam gear, R32gtst w/gate act., atmo. bov and get tuned. Bought Alexcims F+R Whiteline swaybars, yet to fit.

I also put on a new filter which was empty, so I don't like starting an engine without getting oil pressure up first. Wife took it 2 Nissan 2day, they put the 'consult' on it, they reset it. Light was on because I unplugged wire.

Changed oil in my S2 2nite. I disconnected plug at crank angle sensor?, on front of ex. cam, 2 turn eng. over 2 get oil pressure up. Connected plug, started and noticed 'eng light on dash'. Turned car off, restarted, stilled stayed on. Never noticed it staying on b4. Any ideas please.

You not going 2 engrave unicorn on them anymore?

There is a mount on the gtr centre muffler that i didn't use. I bought a length of 10mm bar and welded mounts 2 the gtr pipe in same position as on stagea std. ex. , just behind diff and under back bumper.

Fitted up the 3" ex. 2nite. I used a 3" pipe in place of rear muff. 2 get the car fired up, sweeeeet. The wife loves the sound of her mothers present!.

Whilst under the stagea this w/end i found a messy oil leak from maybe rear seal of g/box or plumbing 4 attessa. I put a spanner on oil feed line, retaining bolts and bleed nipple (all tight). Didn't, but will make time 2 check oils. Anyone had same problem?.

Spent this w/end trying 2 fit a 3" exhaust up 2 my stagea. I bought an r33 'ces' split dump/front pipe and r32 gtr ex. It turned out 2 b a long winded job. The 'ces' pipe touched the g/box mount so I cut at mount and moved 4 clearance. Had 2 weld flanges on 3" cat 4 clearance around it and 2 match up with front flange of gtr ex. All I had 2 do with gtr ex. was add 4.5" after centre muff. 2 clear diff ass. I have a stainless muff. that I am yet 2 incorperate in rear pipe section ( gtr ex. had no rear muff.). Yet 2 take some pics (wife has dig. cam. in Qld, back 2moro). Will try 2 work out how 2 post some pics 2 share. Go the Stagea!!. More boost!!.

What r dimensions of cooler?. Could I separate 1ggt turbos and use indervidualy and r they both in good nic?.

Good job on designs. Looking at pics I am thinking 2nd so we don't have 2 nut and bolt the duct 2 make it secure! (difficult 2 get in under rad. support). I see u have 2 securing bolt holes in center, r u not planing 2 have securing bolts on either ends, 2 aircon. rad. mounting point or grille light bracket points on S2?.

Did u c if the blue Stagea had Tassie plates?
