bolt straight onto the stock low mount manifold on a RB25?

hey paulR33. its ok to run the GTST with a PFC. but if ur only commuting will it be economical to run it with the stock ecu. i wont have time or money for a tune. so just wondering. is ther any real world figures. my GTR averages 12-15 p/100kms. what will a base map PFC on a GTST yeild? thanks again mark.

u can add R34 S14 and S15 to that list to. all turbos realy thanks to less demand with the new laws. R34 GTT going for low 20s now used to be 30+ last year. same with S15.

yeah same from memory but u can get R32 and R33 GTST4 so i think u can get R34 GTT4. and what do you mean by 'GT4 is very rare and easy turbo upgrade.' thanks mark.

just a general question do the R33 GTST sump has a baffle? so its ok for track. unlike the early GTRs? im told only the series 2 have baffles.? is that true? mark.

so a 95 series 1.5 will get the Series 2 engine and turbo? is ther any difference in turbo really? just compressor wheel size? thanks

thanks paulR33 its a very good read. i read nearly all of it. it doesnt mention to warm car up prior. i just assumed and asked for confirmation. What type of fuel economy will it be like with the base map? without touching the AFR aswell? just a straight bolt on.? thanks a bunch mark.

very nice write up. very very handy. when installing.. do u recommend warming the car up then installing the PFC or just bolting it in and warming it up with the PFC? i ask as does it need to learn its own cold start? im about to get a 1995 R33 GTST i think they have a Series 2 engine as its a Series 1.5 so is ther a Different PFC for the series 1 and 2? the car comes with one not installed is ther a way to verify it is the right PFC for the car? thanks in advanced. mark.

is is the non turbo one right. i am interested but only if i get some cash out of it. i knw of the market values just the GTR is far supirior than a GT N/A but if its turbo im very interested. mark.

from my understanding ther is a couple of changes. engine was changed but what exactly? interior changed and S2 got active LSDs? anything else?

wont a PFC do it? ive got a kakimoto ecu and it does it in my GTR why not invest in some tunable ROM or full ecu instead of splicing wires. it will be worth the extra $$
