recommend using the silicon and basting them in it? i guess it couldnt hurt to try it.. also is it not recommended to mix and match just replace the coil pack that is rooted.? i also have a feeling it will be No.4 thats worst off due to the carbon build up on the plug.. will check them this weekend and post up. thanks mark.

stick with the stocko... anyway. so the GTR BOVs will fit the Standard RB25 mounting place..? are they larger or give a gain in pressure release when u hit some higher digits.?

we got one of them on the GTT. but we have a A/M SOny DD CD player. and dont knw how to open it.. and thanks to my brothers stupidity he stripped the bolts on the LHS and cant get it out..? what can we use it for..?

i run panel filter on my GTR.. its better than pods.. just cause GTR has too much crap and generate far more heat than an RB25 would. street cars i mean. unless u cut and re route air to the LHS of the engine bay its pointless. having said that my brother just put on a DRIFT pod on his GTT. it sounds harder. doesnt feel quicker than the airbox.. and gives a gay drone noise at 1500rpm. we measured the surface arear of a Trust mushroom pod we have at home and it is larger than a panel filter. not to mention the equal distance between funnel and filter substance.. wher as a panel filter is flat and the closes point is the LHS of the panel filter. so u would have different pressure rates on the sides of the filters unlike a pod which is more even.. do u guys follow? i would rather an ARC AIRbox than a pod or stock panel filter..

ull find a few vacum lines being all hard.. change whats distorted... u wont need to change ur tuirbo dump bolts.. not mandatory.. but should if u want.. change ur turbos to something steel wheel if u have $$$ and get a Tbelt kit and not just a tbe;lt. as the pulleys get noisey too.. also exhast gaskets... i did mine a while ago. taking the engine out seems like more effort but uve got a few other things to do too. good luck with it.

we just got the R34 GTT and on inspection before buying it had a slight miss which she then took it away and put some fresh set of plugs in (unknown brand or gap). the mechanic who did the work for her said plug no.4 was rich and had carbon deposits... all 6 wer supposively replaced. it was better but could still feel a slight miss up high. it gradually got worst till today driving around it wouldnt rev over 4500rpm.. just occasionally. and another time u can hear it miss on idle and at 3000rpm onto the highway. (it used to rev through fine without load. but when loaded it will miss now it misses all the time..?) now im guessing its to do with the plugs.. wrong gap. bad plugs.. coil packs. i understand coil packs do this often. AFM or sensor. (O2 sensor) Fuel related (blocked filter) any other suggestions wher i should go hunting..? thanks for all ur help in advanced. car is tiptronic '99 model with <50,000kms and cat back exhast and pod. (is my brothers car and he likes the pod and noise. personally i think the airbox is adequate) thanks mark.

600 isnt worth the loss of ur car for 1-2months. and having it abused on the dyno..

90degree bend = 1 meter of straight piping. thats the airflow restriction.. and having 3 bends on ur return pipe wher as u can have 1 would save u over 2 meters of air passage.. response..
