NA Power when i first got my GTR it was sweet. it had a bit of the magical RON100+ in the tank. after i filled up with normal 98 it started to miss at 6000rpm. i changed the plugs (1.1) and still did. i then regapped the plugs to 0.75mm and its all good to 9k. have u regapped ur plugs?

not boasting clearly making a statement/question. notice the "?" that sir is a question mark we use that at the end to finish the sentence and make it into a question. so is it good or bad? i think its bad at $70 a week on fuel.

is 450kms for 50-60L in my R32 GTR. not good?

Rev limiter are disigned to stop excessive engine rotation speeds. it is fairly safe but not too recommended to hit it. haveing a fuel cut rev limiter is gonna burn off a leaner mixture cause ur sparks are firing. leaner mix = hotter. rev limiters are a semi-safe margin of the engines capacity. my GTRs rev limiter is 9000rpm and i do the occasional rev limiter burnout. but driving normally on the roads accelerating and u hit it. thats not right. ur driving a GTST which aint quick if u wer driving a GTR in RWD mode then maybe it will be a bit hard. You just got the car im sure and your new to it. take it easy. skylines already have a bad rep.

get it dyno'd. they will service ur throttle bodies and tune ur AFR. the stock ecu is doable. a PWFC is around 1k why not upgrade.

wouldnt have a clue what its got in her..? turbos are stocks so i presume when i took them off and back on. the kakimoto chip took off speed limiter and increased the rev limiter to approx 9000rpm. its weird but im not complaining. anyway back on subject my point is the castrol R range oils are really good. Ryco filters are alright. i knw that valvoline r piss for money. but still ryco is a step ahead of valvoline. EDIT: just a question. certain oils lower fuel consumtion right.. what is a good milage (kms) to get out of a GTR tank?

I cant begin to tell you how good the formular R range is. used the 10w-60 on my GTiR and every single change on my GTR. every 3-5000kms. the 10w-60 is designed for high stress engines. wouldnt you agree that a GTR is a stressful piece of equipment.. therefore since i like pushing my GTR to 9000rpm (katimoto chipped ecu) i think ill use the formula R. I actually put the formular R EDGE in on sunday and immediately i noticed that it became smooth and quieter again like a tammed lion. maybe its my mind talking but i think the edge is improved it does say so on the bottle. I think ill always use the 10w-60 it only costs me $55 a bottle. and i give my GTR more throttle than brakes. I highly recommend it. Keep in mind a good oil filter is needed too. DONT USE VALVOLINE. im using a RYCO filter which cost $11 at repco (DICKHEADS). ill be using genuine Nissan Filters next time. hope that helps u sway ur mind. BTW its not too thick IMO Mark.

yeah 6 months ago when i got my GOdzilla ther wernt any GTRs for 16k! ended up paying 20k and had to spend 2k on body.. Grr damn inflation. very nice GTR

i too have heard about the new in hub motors.. better overall balance aswell.

good find. very nice. GTRs are great. they seemed to have a fair bit of problems.

yeah. mine when warming up is around4-6 when warm. it idles 2-4 when on highway just below 4 but come off the highway and idle its below the 2 line. but drive again and its fine. stop and idle again and it will either be 2 or below 3. ive had it once halfway between 0-2 bar. this is on my 32GTR. im told the guage is shit and has a shitty reaction. dnt go by it and only go by the redlight on ur cluster if the light is on off goes ur engine..

motor also had a pic of the V35 not the GTR proto unveiled in japan. so i wouldnt go by what motor says. note they also messed up the times for the XR5 and VXR with the Z4 roadster and SLK55 AMG. amazing how they got the same time of 13.42 and 13.52. really good for a FWD hatch. Motor mag seems very informative..

was it run underneath the engine how was the lines run? $290- is a bit steep for a second hand kit unless its a brand name

do u have the R32 center air vents in the dash? any cracks? also the plastic surround that goes the gear knob and cd player etc. u got it? what condition?

where was the oil cooler mounted?
