Sound like its going to be your word against the cops. Maybe get lawyer and get him to twist the story a little and say how you have been good the last 4 years and the judge might lower the penality.

just went and checked mine. when i have the parkers on all four are on. couldnt be stuffed checking the breaks. Couldnt find anything to hold the break pedal down. -

i would call the police with any accident. And have the person in the wrong charged. Just makes it alot easyer down the road when it comes to insurance and who was in the wrong or right.

yeah i have done a racv test on another skyline. and they didnt tell me anything i didnt already know. But yeah after paying for a few inspections it all starts to add up.

do you have a phone number or web site muck? do they do on site checks.

Any one know of someone that does onsite pre-purchase inspections around the deer park area? Only really after a compression test and underbody check for crash damage rust etc.

ya right about it being a buyers market. And its fairly slow atm. but yeah if i seen a car advertised. I would take mod, condition and km etc into concerderation and see if its good value. but 1k off the price. if the seller really wants to sell it. its no that much of a loss.

Just looking at getting new R33. One thing though is it turns over kinda slow. The racv report come back with a loose wire on the battery. But if thats not the problem. What else could be causing the engine to turn over so slowly. Could there be something wrong with the motor/starter motor. Also not sure about how big the battery is to start with. So that could be the problem. Any help?

any other places that do it. my local bob jane store can be shifty at times. No doubt they would just fill it with air.
