    Tuff R32 Pictures

Some pics I have, some are reposts but no matter: and this thing, might not be tuff... but i'll bet it has less than 1,000km on the clock (Nissan Museum):
  8. Don't really understand your question, but try here: http://www.j-spec.com.au/ And otherwise I don't see what is wrong with: http://www.carsales.com.au/
  9. I think that a GTR looks better with its wing but without the wing ain't that bad!!! I have seen FAR worse modifications to a car than taking the wing off
  10. I live in Melbourne and I looked at lots of 32's over 2 years ago when I bought mine and the majority were under 100,000km on the odometer. They were all rubbish though, the car I ended up with read 130,000km and had been in Aus since '99 and owned by a guy in a regional area how did a lot of the k's on striaght roads with no traffic lights, it was the best example I looked at and tests confirmed that, so I bought it. All I was saying is that you are placing a lot of confidence in a number on a dial that I almost completely ignore (when looking at Skylines). There are much better ways to asess a cars condition. Anyway, best of luck with your search and I hop you find the right car for you!
  11. Haha, I cannot count the amount or r32's i looked at before I bought mine. Many were fresh imports and all magically had done 7-80,000km and had interiors that were terribly worn etc etc... It does not take much to realise that a car has been wound back and I would say the vast vast majority of 32's are. Your car came with log books doesn't mean the k's are a guarantee, but it is not impossible for a car to have low k's.. but if it had 38,000km it would be like a new car inside I would expect and all the other wear indictors outside the car must have been in perfect condition, suspenion etc etc..
  12. Yeah and I have one with 26.0 kms on it.... Seriously man, if you think r32's have got mileage like that you are kidding yourself... but I am sure the person selling it to you will be happy to wind it back for you if you want to keep fooling yourself.
  13. Yeah a professional that looks over the car and gives you a ful write up will generally tell you all you need to know. As far as suspension/bushes go if they haven't been changed then I will guarantee pedders will say they are done in any r32 or r33, they say change them every 10 years.... I have bigger concerns when I buy a car
  14. Lol, Thats a lot of checking on a car thats gunna cost at most $13-$14k... It's 15 years old....Inspect it visually and drive it (and not just a quick fang, drive it normally also to get a real idea of what its like) and get a mechanic to look over it and that will give you a pretty good picture of how good it is. I looked at many R32's before buying mine and many just by looking at them and driving them you can tell what they are like. A good example will shine.
  15. I have had mine over 2 years. The only issues I have had are standard wear and tear. Had to replace fuel pump, clutch and a vacuum hose or 2... not bad in over 2 years. Rb20's are great engines. I will be selling mine very soon unfortunately - Its my first car and I could not have been more happy with it. P.S Mine is very stock which helps with reliablity.. when you start boosting them etc then you may have more things go bust, but in general they are very reliable!
  16. If you can find a better video of this event then by all means post it up!

  18. That clip was from Fifth Gear in the UK, where regular is 95RON.... In Australia regular petrol is an even lower 91RON, so the difference between Regular (91) and High Octane (98) would be more pronounced in Australia. But also, as mentioned in this thread most skylines would ping terribly on 91 let alone 95...
  19. Haha, I can't get over the engine bay... EVERYTHING had been painted... It looks like they just sprayed the entire engine bay as is... pipes, fan covers - everything is coated, haha.
  20. Just for you... (I know its not a 32, but I saw this while in Japan... Insane camber with massive dish!!
  21. You would probably wake up 3 days later after recovering from the coktail of drugs you had injested and realise you had actually bought one of the best looking cars ever made and you own one of the most unique cars on the planet and be very happy with yourself, then promise never to take drugs again!
  22. It would want to be disgustingly rich family... the Reventon sold for apprx $1.9mill AUD... But either way all 20 were sold before the car was shown to public, so on top of money you would have needed connections... Incredible car though.
  23. Yeah I saw that top gear race... that was sweet. Unfortunately I have not seen any vids of this race with the Reventon... I just checked youtube to no avail... If anyone finds videos I would also love to see them!
