Mate 1st 3 things ill check are 1) AFR`s on Idle (but seeing your saying its rich removes this but still check they should be around 14.4) 2) Vacuum leak (do you have a boost guage it should read 19 hg) 3) idle air control valve (check if this is leaking not working correctly)

screw the Fuel pressure reg up and tell me if that fixes it if it does needs a new tune or fuel pump or injectors

DO you mean Vn Coils Anyways sounds like either Spark Problem Missfiring or Fuel can only be one or the other Have you got a Fuel pressure guage Whats it doing what is the dwell timing setup on the ecu and What is the Voltage to the coils What spark plugs you running and What gap id check the plugs first run .65 m gap & check fuel pressure Then if you find thats not the problem check the Voltage to the Coils Does it happen all the time or sometimes and have you got a printout of your last dyno run Where you from The only way to check the Problem Quickly would be on a dyno

What is in your Setup larger the intercooler the Cooler your air temps are gonna be.With cooler air temps the More Timing you can run.MORE TIMING = More Power + Torque As for lag JUST REVVVVVVVVVV n DUMP no lag there Mate ive got a 600x300x128 mm cooler on my car and it does have a lil longer lag then usually but when u dump it or rev it honestly doesnt matter But as for a intercooler on its own increasing power Wont happen You need to tune it more to notice any power gain UNLESS your car is Pinging due to increased Timing then you will see an increase in power
