  1. Yes, the glue normally gets crushed into the drain pipe and blocks it up. Also I like to update that Powered Up options for, 2IU, OP6 and .63 ATR43 turbine housings is now available. It can increase about 15~20KWs in between 4000~6000RPM but will lose about 20% in response pre-4000RPM. This option cost $150 Additional on top of the $800 plus GST. and comes with a 14psi Actuator.
  2. It is very important that you must use the hollow screw supplied. Not your stock oil feeding screw. Also do not use silicon glue on the buttom of the drain flange.
  3. This end goes to your engine. You have a black hollow screw in the box which goes into the turbo.
  4. Technically yes. Also compression test and it came up 120 145 120 125 125 130 Is this a average result for a Rb25det engine?
  5. That is a sheet to show where the problem is. I'm sourcing information to fixthe car issue, so I could know what parts I need to replace and make life easier for Trent and my self next week. I should've never bought a cheap crappy looking car and trusted the previous owner that its mechanically A1. end up spending the heaps of $$$$ fixing bits and pieces, and now this f*ken engine is knocking. Here's the 226rwkws 10psi tune based on the same turbo on a healthy R33 if you like to see.
  6. Some thing 7ES can't remember. Trent said it was good. Its did not miss fire.
  7. Timing belt was new. and Timing was on the dot. Also tested Knock sensor which is working and its not knocking either.
  8. Ok. I just had a prick of a day trying to figure out what might've gone wrong with my 93 manual R33. Modifications it got: Z32 AFM 850cc high flowed injectors FMIC ATR43G3 turbo built by my self. (lol) Full exhaust EBC Ok. The car was good ok after every thing's installed with a based map. The frist 2x runs were perfect and car managed a smooth 223rwkws at 10psi. Then it started to drop off and rumped back at full throttle. It kept on doing that for the rest of the day. Boost curve us early and straight, A/F is normal. How ever It doesn't play up all the time on road. I'm wondering if any one had this issue before or know what this might be. Thanks. Dynosheet attached: Boost cruve at 15psi: PS. I made a typo at the title. Its suppose to be Weird not wired.
  9. We normally give out a 1KG spring in the actuator. which set around 9psi. We also have a 1.2KG spring which sets it around 13psi. The bracket is $10 additional. It mounts to the side of comp housing. This is the 2nd half of the winton footage. I actually spoted my old sil180 project on the tracks. Its also a ATR28G4 Powered CA. made 317rwkws.
  10. This is Part 1 footage of our 344rwkws ATR28G4 (ATR43G3) S13 drift car at winton last month. Enjoy: I will upload part 2 and part 3 tomorrow.
  11. standard high flow is $880 with oil line. That should get you around 235rwkws max. We can also do a 250rwkws high flow based on your stock housings which will cost you $1000 with oil line and 14psi actuator.
  12. I've seen 2x people has this problem, The turbo just surge after 10psi and car doesn't make any power, after turbo upgrade it was doing the same thing but surging more violently due to bigger size. Both cars were R34s with RB25det Neo engines. no idea what's causing it. the stock comp housing should have no issues supply 18psi assume turbo it self can handle it. if the turbo seems to be in a good nick then it might not be it.
  13. The highest I've seen is 223rwkws and it lasted about 20mins. Mine had 215rwkws on Dr.drift remap using a RB25Neo turbo and it was missing half of the turbine fins when I took it out 3 weeks later.
  14. my injectors didn't arrive till late this afternoon so my tune was rescheduled till Wednesday. I had a play with my EBC using the 14psi actuator. I can rise it any where form 13psi and above, not below. I will post some sheets once I get it all tuned and running on Wednesday night.
  15. You might want to check to make sure engine, cam timing and etc are correct. with a GT3040 at 235kpa (1.41 bar?) you should seeing close to 270rwkws or more. This is my record with Benji's RB20det engine using a TR43 turbo running 21psi made 242rwkws. This turbo is in very similar spec as a GT3076 52T in a .63 housing, 38mm externally gated. Smaller turbo, more power, using similar boost with better response on a less modified engine.
  16. I quoted $1250 per turbo for the -5s. Which is $2500 pair. and $10/ Gasket. Sure its not my quote? any way Pm in when you are ready. I believe we currently have the lowest prices for Garrett Turbochargers.
  17. That would be a ATR45 in .82 turbine with .70 Comp. Its rated to 600HP we can build that in sleeve bearing for $1400 or Ball bearing using GT3582R CHRA for $1800.
  18. Yes it was sent out on the 29th.
  19. I thought we had the lowest price on all Garrett turbos. How much did you endup getting them for? Also the one that I quote was for a GT28RS with the 9fin GTRS turbine. Not the GT28 with 10fin turbine.
  20. Hi Gargus. Yes I ended up making a gig and mount every single housing to it before machinery work. It turned out in identical shape and spacing to the stock turbine housing. I fitted one to my own R33, went in all easy no problems at all. I also tried to boost it up and down with a EBC. Went up to 20psi no worries and also holds on 7psi no worries. I'm currently running on 7psi with all stock gears. pulled harder then stock turbo running 14psi.
  21. Depends on what it is and parts availability. Roughly 3 to 5 working days to have the turbo built before dispatch.
  22. Machine wastegate whole 3mms over sized. It should fix it.
