  8. i cant see why a box couldnt be made to drive this unit or a home made version of it...im not familiar on how it works but assume its a pressure control valve that regulates oil pressure to the actuator....we have built a quite a few devices doing the same sort of thing for our motorbikes and cars here at work...If there is a problem i cant see it being a major one

  11. a guy in adelaide that does alot of headwork for high output drag bikes named trevor birrell done my head...pretty sure he has something to do with or works with that bullet place as between them both they make billet head for there bikes aswell

  13. you can buy the sealer from nissan....its the same stuff used on the tail lamps....its made by bostik
  14. we do them all the time here at work with motorbike headlamps.....you can just put it in front of a heater or use a heatgun in one section first,then when it starts to open up just follow the opening...its easy
  15. try the old hold the door open switch down,switch ignition on,and push the door pin switch 7 times in 5 seconds trick....takes a few goes but works with most nissans
  16. you will also need a fitting to go in the intake to convert the pump to a barb so you can use the original hose and pick up filter...and one on the outlet to convert to barb....it works out it just runs straight in line as the original pump does....id say its the most simple gtr's to fit this pump to
  17. ive got one in my 34.....there is no cradle on the 34.....its got a big rubber sleeve and clamp that holds the pump...its not quite large enough for the 44 pump....just use a hose clamp to hold it to the point where the original clamp goes....

  21. if you want a good job,id be taking apart the wheels.Send the parts you want polished to western metal polishing and paint the parts you want done in black....I wouldnt be using powder coat.The problem with it is once powdercoated,they cant be reworked without stripping off the powdercoat(and thats a massive headache).That job should be very simple,get the centres bead blasted,use an adhesion promoter,black 2k undercoat,then 2k direct gloss over the top.With the polished stuff,its a tuff call to clear over polished alloy or not....if it does get a chip(which it will being a wheel)then you will find moisture will get under the clear and you will get powdery corrosion....it will look poo....your only option is nickle plating or elbow grease for maintanance
