The jail break is only a problem if they decide that they want to investigate further and send it off to be repaired to see if it was something i caused instead of just replacing it.

Just wondering if any one has been in this position, my phone died last week, didnt know what the problem was, was sitting in the holder in the truck with my fm transmitter charging the phone (have been using it every day for over a month), when i got back in the phone was off and i could not turn it back on again, took it into the apple store on sunday and they gave me a replacement, today (tuesday) i plugged my fm transmitter in and it died instantly, was able to get the apple logo up again but it was flickering and then went off, for the next ten minutes the phone got hotter and hotter (wasnt plugged in) and then held its heat for another 20 minutes before cooling down. What im interested to know is if anyone else has been in this position and what will apple say when i take it back a second time, would prefer that they didnt send it off to get fixed as it is jail broken and has over 100 apps on there, was wondering if it is worth paying to get it fixed or will they not care and just replace it again, also if i tell them that it was caused by a non apple product will that void the warranty?

You wont lean it out, once you max out the ecu it goes into rich and retard mode, so once you hit the limit you will be losing power, also one you hit that limit (around 200rwkw) you will also need new injectors, afm and fuel pump, your next step should be a full 3" exhaust, if you have a 3" cat back then just buy a 3" dump (i have a 1 piece split dump that you can get from just jap in the traders section) and 3" cat or if the cops are not nazi's over there buy a de-cat pipe, should do the exhaust before upping the boost tho. Also if you dont have someone over there that can tune nistune then dont bother, go for something more common like a power fc that any decent tuning shop will know how to tune, wont cost much more than nistune.

Do the in car speedo's get calibrated on a regular basis, i got pulled over in geelong a few years back and th guy said i was doing 100 in a 80, i asked if he had the calibration certificate because i was'nt doing 20 over, he told me i could see it in court, i replied, so your not going to show me or you dont have one, he then started calling me a c-unt, arse hole, mother f**ker and everything else he could think of, he then went and checked my license came back and gave me a breatho, handed me my license and walked off, i asked him where the fine was and he told me that i have 4 points left, he is going to keep my details and when i only have 1 point left he was going to send me a summons and take my license off me on the day i go to court so i have to walk home. I'm guessing he didnt give me a fine because then i would have his details then, i did ring the cop shop but since i didnt get his name they said there was no way of knowing who he was, which is a lie, a mate has 2 brothers who are cops and one of them told me that he got in the shit for doing a license check on someone and forgot to log the reason for it so there is obviously a way to see who last did a check on my license. He was definately pissed tho when i asked for the calibration record.
