  1. I'd be quite interested to know how they wind back the digital odometers as well....
  2. hah, nah, turned across the lights I was waiting at actually Would be interesting to have an acceleration comparison with one of those older 911's though..... Nope, wasn't me Probably R31DET, our cars look pretty much identical from a distance
  3. I don't like the look of mesh, even though it's probably beneficial to keep bugs and other crap off the cooler.
  4. Gunmetal R32 GTS 4 door on Melrose Drive this morning about 7:fiddy And a piece of comedy - I was sitting on London Circuit about 8am waiting for the lights at Northbourne to change, and what should putter past me but a late 80's white Porsche 911, driver's seat jammed right up to the steering wheel and a little old lady barely able to see above the dashboard
  5. White R32 GT-R with gold dished mags turning onto Melrose Drive this morning about 7:50
  6. I got free tickets to the movies
  7. The Aussie counterpart is a GS300 I think It's a pretty cool trick for anyone that wants to do a 2JZ conversion...... Instead of forking out a shit load for a twin turbo supra front cut you pay 2 grand less and get basically the same thing in an Aristo front cut
  8. YOU CAN DO IT! TAKE HIS f**kING HEAD OFF!!!!!!
  9. Cheap = go to a wrecker and get another silo LSD. if you'rs car is manual find a diff froom another manual... auto diff is better but your speedo will be out. if you car is auto then get the auto diff, not a manual.
  10. Are you talking about an Australian R31 or an import? big differences between the diffs they run
  11. My jaw just went through the floorboards..... and it hurts.
  12. Spotto'd a black/gunmetal grey/dark blue (it was dark) R32 GT-R heading up Hindmarsh Drive past Weston tonight about 9pm
  13. So YOU're the guy I've seen driving round Weston Creek with the Gloria welcome 8)
  14. Spotto'd 2 R33 GT-R's today, one very stock looking midnight purple passing Integra Automotive going into Quangers, and another one black or midnight purple again with chrome 18's and a for sale sticker on the back window parked outside the Holden dealer in Phillip A black 33 GTS-25t coming out of Shell in Braddon about 10:45am, big front mount etc And another 33, gunmetal grey on Canberra Avenue passing Fyshwick heading towards Kingston I waved at all of these people, got fark nuffing back, mr flibble's very cross
  15. There was a run of R31 Pintara TR-X's, they were a CA20E with a bodykit and old Bluebird TR-X wheels and nothing else, so yeah, shit. Only 2.4 litre TR-X I know of is the U12 Pintara, and its FWD, so I dunno which car Koleka is talking about..... I actually found the U12 TR-X a bit of fun to drive, fairly good point & shoot steering for what it was, and reasonably gutsy for a 4cyl if you keep it's revs up
  16. Coincidently, I spotted the same thing sorta... but it was a Toyota Emina/import Tarago
  17. Hah, Luke got spotted!
  18. I have a friend up from Melbourne, so that's my excuse.
  19. It also depends on how long you've had your license and how colourful your driving history is , not just your age
  20. I was going to get into this one but I might take the chance and hope that you do another one (I'll definetly be in for that one) Just can't spare the dosh at the moment (Simmons! ) Thanks anyway
  21. No they can't Shaun, because that would be the smart thing to do
  22. Actually, I reckon it's a BMW looking at the shark fin roof antenna
  23. I don't think it's a VE Commodore Looking at the front grill and the roofline I would almost say that it may even be the next generation Falcon, but I doubt it I'm pretty stumped to be honest
  24. I just stay away from Kingston generally But yeah you're right, they do need a little work
