SL33KY, I never park my car where people can be hidden trying to break into it. The main thing these theives want happen is to be detected by somebody..always park you're car in the open, where its in plain view of everyone. Its a shame about them keying the car as that wll be a pain in the ass to fix and look at, but good luck on repairing it and thank goodness they were amatures. Cheers D

yeh Al i did see that post earlier, its great to see the turbo still going strong and at a very respectiful power figure still. Your build sounds awesome, good luck with traction. Though it sounds like the turbo will be very progressive and im sure you have concentrated on the suspension..so good luck with it all. Cheers

Turk, Is the dump pipe a split dump design...i.e . seperate pipe for wastegate. I have a split dump design on the 33 with the hi-flow and it seems to work a treat. It plumbs back in at the bottom of the dump where it bends to go to the cat.

Al i take it your not using another hi-flow with that 15k build.. What build route did you go? Its still good to see that these little hi-flows last a while, Im acutally holding back on chucking on the gt30 because of the hi-flows potential.. Just a run down..I made 235rwkw on 10-12psi with exhaust,fmic,rb20 actuator and SAFC..thats about it without getting to technical.

Very interesting Al, When I was completing my man conversion i noticed that half of my hiflow cat had colapsed. I also have a very quiet = restrictive in most cases exhaust. Its a trust system with two oval mufflers. I get the exactly same ting you mentioned lag,lag bang needle redlines. It does rev nice as i have a very light weight fly wheel. What cat were you using Cheers

Im taking my car back to the tuners on monday so i will have new results..i made 235rwkw with one of these r33/vg30 hybrids on an auto and have now changed it to a manual. I'll let yous know how I go. How does everyones turbo with the vg30 rear housing come onto boost...progressively, rapidly, instantly??? Just curious as my turbo comes on rapidly/aggresively like its a bloody big turbo. I know a few reasons why this is happening just wanting to know everyone elses experience. Cheers

That ezitrak sounds good...a one off fee of $1300 it seems and then the price of a sim card..which is $2. Sounds like a good investment.

Thats awesome but what does the screen display? Probaly what a r34 gtr displays on its screen. But Us $900 is a hefty price to pay.

Is there any reason why you don't think it is a 2-way? Im pretty sure these parts are cheap as chips over in japan thats why welded diffs are almost unheard of on skylines. If it was me I'd drop the diff out and take it to the local diff specialist might save you some money in the long run. How much power is the 33 putting out Cheers Daniel
