1. usually over 10% of the speed limit, ie over 88 in 80 zone 2. not really sure on this but i think someone mentioned 6-8 weeks or something..

id suggest 17s but if you want the looks thats a different story, do you want them brand new or second hand? coz theres always ppl selling cheap 2nd hand rim on the forum and you mite get lucky. for brand new, im guessing ozzy tyres just around the corner, and id also suggest go to your local tyre shop too, ie bridgestone, Bob Jane.. and may i also suggest that minimal 30 offset 8 -9inch all round
