  1. for your next Japan purchase Jesse Streeter he has immense patience for dumb questions, and wont steer you wrong, or rip you off.
  2. got mine today.
  3. or a bosch 040 pump for a more affordable option.
  4. are you sure about that? http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail...t_number=BNF24Z
  5. why are you taking stabs at flatmates? and wouldnt a knife be more effective than a computer?
  6. he's saying his pressure is showing higher after the IC but if you look at the diagram, the HDi gauge is getting its reading from the intake manifold, same as the aftermarket gauge. i'd say you have an inaccurate gauge. ive had this before. 2 gauges watching the same thing, with a 2 psi difference in readings.
  7. go stiffer at the front for the extra weight so maybe 12-14 clicks back from full clockwise at the rear. and 8 clicks back for the fronts. play around with it till you're happy. sloppy is not an option!!!! here's the bit from the tein ss (ecr33) install guide
  8. yes rears adjust the same as fronts. in the r33, you need to remove the back seat > parcel shelf to get to them. real pain in the ass. lol r32 can be accessed thru the boot? i think.
  9. damper adjust on the ss certainly makes a difference. take it up to full hard (clockwise till it stops), and then count backwards (anti-clockwise) from there. there is 16 levels of adjustment. even though it goes further, dont go past 16. also, it looks like your height adjust collars are as low as they'll go. that might not be helping your cause. mine have a good inch or 2 of thread remaining on the front, and rear, on r33.
  10. i 'scored' 230rwkw on a stock turbo, 12psi, stock injectors with stock reg, stock fuel pump, stock afm. my point? high reading dynos are everywhere. the important thing is a good tune, with good power delivery, etc etc.
  11. Hahaha. WYTSKY has had enough. I understand. i feel like strangling ppl for annoying 'for sale' posts quite often
  12. ive got super streets, theyre great for street use. 4kg springs front and rear. very comfy for a coilover, and handle well. lots of damper and height adjustment. but keep in mind, they may be a bit soft for serious track use. although with upgraded sway bars, theyre a great street setup. note. i picked mine up for $800. if i was looking at buying for the new price (2k?), i'd probably go for monoflex.
  13. gtfo homo oh btw, last night i was driving around trying to get it to click, with no luck. eventually it happened a couple of times in 1st. weird. anyways, diff oil, and then go from there.
  14. the click i get isnt constant. its a one off every so often. thats why i'm thinking diff oil probably isnt the issue. i will most likely change it anyway, for general well being. if i find the issue, i'll definitely post it up here.
  15. hmm good question. i'm pretty sure it's never happened more than once at a time. maybe i havent tried. but no, it doesnt become more prominent. although decel>accel at low speeds will cause it. just not always. if it's just diff oil, that would be a good outcome
  16. i just paid my rego, and i was complaining about this exact thing yesterday. pot holes everywhere. uneven sections of road. and what about the manholes. every time they resurface, the manhole lids just keep getting deeper and deeper. so basically, they factored in their own pothole as part of the initial plan. it's a joke! there's a series of holes near my house that have recently been filled. they have already turned to shit. in 2 weeks! half the hole is submerged, and the other half is a mini speed hump. its ridiculous. who the fark looks at that and says 'yeah, that job's fixed... next'
  17. R33 GTST S1 It's a clear crisp CLICK. Not a thud, or bang, or grinding. It sounds like it's coming from the rear driver's side wheel. But then i've only heard it when driving, so it's hard to say. It will happen (sometimes) when coasting in neutral at low speeds, and then selecting 2nd. Or when blipping the throttle at very low speeds. So basically when it's throttle off/on/off suddenly, but only on light throttle, and only sometimes. Like a small shock to the drivetrain. I was thinking diff or uni, but would they make a sharp click? The noise has been there for a long long time. I've changed suspension and clutch during this period. So theyre ruled out. Maybe someone has had this CLICK before and can narrow it down to a couple of high probabilty areas to check. Cheers
  18. you need to stop posting in ancient threads
  19. if it has to be a 4 door, 2.0L, smallish car
  20. you're not allowed to make those kinds of comments in 'for sale' threads.... but man, that is one very different skyline
  21. we're talking about using them for shifting gears, jase. not as butt plugs!
  22. when i got my car it had a razo like this in it quite light, good shape and size... but it was a bit scuffed, so i bought one like this too damn small. short and narrow. made for schoolgirls' hands. then i bought another razo. a weighted one. quite heavy. didnt like the weight of it at all. so i thought Trust! they cant be too bad. well it turns out i was wrong. it sucked. weight and shape were all wrong. very uncomfortable to use. so i went back the the original razo lol. moral to the story? there is none.
