  4. sorry don't use facespace otherwise I would 'like' but looked at the page & saw this photo LOL how shit of a driver do you need to be to get an evo pointing the wrong way?
  5. wait until it goes to pickles auctions when it gets repossessed lol edit: I wasn't implying anything about your NUR dude, was just curious as you were selling it for around the same price tell your mate M3's are gay NUR's are where it's at
  6. Josh isn't trolling this time dude, the R35 was always intended as a stand alone model http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_GT-R http://www.gtroc.org/news/gt-r/r35-gt-r-the-original-specification The current skyline in the japanese market is the V36, G37 infiniti in international markets
  7. Sorry to hear about the accident Regardless it would be your word against his about the no license at the time thing if it went to court i reckon... Unless you have proof or an impartial third party witness Check out the 'traffic lawyer list' thread in the NSW section & find someone to help you out if need be good luck
  8. I was only discussing GTR models as the picture posted earlier were all gtr's but since you mentioned the r33gtst & r34gtt I've owned both & the r33 was definitely longer R33: Exterior (L x W x H) 4640 x 1720 x 1340 (coupe) http://www.japanesesportcars.com/skyline/specs/r33_gts25tm.php R34: Exterior (L x W x H) 4580 x 1725 x 1340 (coupe) http://www.japanesesportcars.com/skyline/specs/r34_ggt_turbo.php
  9. Oh you wanna play that game huh? R32 gtr Exterior Dimensions Base V-Spec Length [in. (cm)]: 178.9 (4,545) 178.9 (4,545) Width [in. (cm)]: 69.1 (1,755) 69.1 (1,755) Height [in. 10. So you mean he's paying cash ie not financing? then I would follow the above advice & have paperwork from the finance company with a payout figure, make the cheque amount payable ONLY to the finance company for the payout figure owing (I'd also contact the finance company directly to see whether they would want an account# on the cheque, some companies like ge finance for eg. can be very particular about how the cheque needs to be made out) Then square up the remaining sale amount, if any, directly to the seller. P.S this wouldn't happen to be the white Nur you've got for sale?
  11. I'm just talking pure dimensions R33 has heavier kerb weight compared to r32, not sure about 34 weight but it's definitely smaller in measurements (& shorter too) compared to r33 but again the difference is not by much, my comment was in regards to size not power/weight ratio etc. the r33 in that pic sits too low to be stock & dark colours on objects in general always make them 'appear' smaller. That being said I've always had a soft spot for the r33 gtr, & my first car was an r33 gtst
  12. Is your mate also financing to buy this car or paying cash? if financing they may not be able to secure the loan while the vehicle is still encumbered to another financial institute so it would be a catch 22 situation not many banks go to 70k+ on unsecured finance
  13. R33's are heavier, longer & sit higher stock in comparison to the r32 (I like R33's over 32's by the way) The r34 is slightly smaller & not as wide as the r33 but the difference is minimal it's the colour of the r33 in that pic that makes it appear smaller by comparison imo, plus they aren't all factory stock examples in that photo except *maybe* the r34 & r35 so rims coilovers & tyres sizes are all unknown variables
  14. congrats on the feature!
  15. how many posts could the OP link if the OP could post said picture
  16. it was imported with the stock bridgestone potenza (RE050?) 225/45 tyres
  17. I bought a new x-trail during their 1% finance offer (they're now doing 0.9% finance this month, the bastards )
  18. no perceivable difference in steering to the 225 potenzas it came with, I've tracked on the 235/40 p zero I posted above & on 245/40 no issues This car was also my daily driver until very recently (it's now my weekend car) 245/40 don't bulge on the rim or anything like that either
  19. That's the most important thing to me, too many exhausts on the market just go for the sound on WOT which sounds awesome, but a droney exhaust on a long drive just gets annoying, i've been there & done that with my old r33 OP just get one, you won't be disappointed
  20. I've been running 245/40 on the stock 19s for years with no issues close enough to spec not to put your speedo out & much more common size with manufacturers good luck finding someone to put your tyres on, have you tried a local mechanic with a tyre fitting machine? I've run p zero nero on the fronts before they held up very well this was in 235/40 19 a bit out of spec compared to stock tyre but again nothing to put the speedo out significantly maybe 2-3km/h on the speedo faster than you will actually be travelling
  21. Noooooo I need more overnight parts from Japan!
  22. sell the family, buy gtr problem solved
  23. meh they never worked on my car closest shop to me with a dyno that's all
  24. okee dokee this should give an idea of wot & idling/low revs
