  2. cant remember now... its in the for sale section... what about high flowing em? would be a cheap option (no need to change oil n water lines or dumps)
  3. i bet theres heaps of shit around there to unbolt tho...
  4. micko check for sale forum theres some nismos there for sale rated at 560hp (as a twin setup) made for the R32 GTR and wants 'an offer' may be worth a look... sorry to hear the news, i know how u feel at least u got the commodre, ive got a GIANT mountain bike
  5. serious?? faaark is it a pain in the ass job gettin the turbos off? wouldnt be much room. i had mine off and on again today... cam gears eh. timing belt aint too hard, just gotah line up the marks. but yeh takes ages eh!
  6. how did they blow?? whats wrong with your car? (cant be arsed reading back)
  7. hey paul what happened at mc? heard about micko...
  8. slo-32 yeh theres VLs running 12s here in perth with RB20DETs a good mate of mine just ran a 13.2 with an RB20 with high-flow RB25 turbo @ 1bar
  9. i think thats the wrong advice to give. people should learn how to control their cars to prevent thim from getting into trouble and possibly causing an accident. know your car, know your driving limits and you will be able to minimise the risk of being in an accident (of course there are those which arent your fault but we have no control over that)
  10. ive got 2 left. but i get some back late this year, i lost all mine during my p-plater stage with a pulsar ive since grown into a repsonsible road user
  11. i wish id gone.... ah well, next time. the highlights on channel ten looked unreal!
  12. yeh you guys are slappers! if you dont want to be a part of their club, fine. even if you dont approve of their cars, what gives you the right to slag em off? shame shame shame ps i am not a riceboy
  13. yeh i was gunah run 10psi on 6's for the next month. then try some tuning
  14. yeh but thats a weekend i havent got uni semester is coming to an end and ive wasted too much time on the car as it is
  15. yeh but it thought itd be worth a try im gunah put 6s back in tonight i think (unless anyone can suggest otherwise) cos driving the car atm is rediculous im running injector cleaner through this tank of fuel and see what that does. theres a fair bit of work involved with getting the injectors out so im not gunah rush into the flow-testing idea
  16. i was just trying to get around the pinging issue (remember paul )
  17. yeh ive opened them up to 0.9mm... but they still foul really easily and make driving the car when its cold an absolute nightmare. is there any advantage in running 7s as opposed to 6s? ie by runnings 7s does it actually make any sort of performance difference?
  18. i had a bit of a pinging problem earlier and decided to run a colder spark plug to bring cylinder temps down. im currently running 7's gapped at 0.85mm however even after 2-3 days they become fouled. almost impossible to start in the mornings and run like crap for about 5-10minutes. would this indicate that in fact my car is not suited to running 7's and i should go back to 6's? or is there some adjustment i can make to the spark plug gap? i have a feeling my car just doesnt like the colder heat range plug... any thoughts? cheers adam
  19. u mean ignition timing? ive checked cam timing...
  20. changed water pump yesterday not using water ( i dont think, still keepin an eye on it) engine isnt fried IC pipes - check fuel pump - dont know, but its a bosch 910 so i assume its ok... its not pinging plugs - check timing - check CAS - need to check, is lined up with std marks but dont know what timing its running gaskets - have an exhaust leak from turbo to manifold. but didnt realise that could have caused these problems
  21. ahhh gasket leaks didnt check that...
  22. you can just see pauls head gettin bigger what steve said is right, put the exhaust on and have a quick dyno run to check the AFR's. if theyre rediculously rich then maybe consider an AFC. you can get one of the older series ones for around the $150 mark
