maybe i'm wrong, but i was under the impression, people with existing license's were excused from these new laws, only people who get there license after the start date had to apply to these new laws.

if you got your p's before the laws come in your allowed.

LOL! half the comments toward his topic were 'stupid' i agree his comments were stupid, but it was obvious he was getting arked up. and everyone kept persisting. he didn't have to say what he wanted details for, all he was really after was a number, not necessarily a address. for all you knew at the time maybe he just wanted to comment the guys car. however he did say the wrong thing. i don't think this should affect you leaving the forums. it will blow over, as always with people, you'll get along with some and not with others. you'll need to post a bit more information. what side/corner of the car is it coming from? front, rear, left, right? is it when you have your steering on full lock? people can't really answer questions that you don't specify properly. if you went to the doctor and said "i've broken a bone, can you fix it?". the first thing he will ask is, "where?" and "what you were doing?".

i thought HKS SSQV didn't flutter? :S i was looking at buying one, wanting the 'sneeze' effect. are they easy to swap between the stock one and the HKS SSQV, as i wouldn't want it on all the time?
