  1. Yeah i have always loved bikes for speed and agility, but fark its scary when some smuck pulls out in front of you while your cruising along... As for Evo's i guess its all in the way you dirve it as to how long the diffs and gearbox's last, however buying second hand im sure they have all been flogged hard...
  2. Goodo... Evos are over priced anyway... Buy a bike, heaps more fun for your money...

    Speed Traps

I find that story funny and distrubing at the same time... As for camera vans, a few years back when they first came in I was sitting at McDonalds at Windsor/Lutwyche and over the other side of the road was a 100 series landcruiser camera van. Anyways we are watching him take photos of cars and enjoying our feed. He jumps out of the car and locks it and walks over to Mcdonalds to get himself a feed and leaves the car. About 10 seconds after the policeman went inside the Mcdonalds a bunch of about 6-8 youths came out of the side street and hurled rocks and bricks and spray painted the whole side of the van. They smashed the camera unit up on the dash board with bricks and the flash unit on the front bar and then took off with his "camera in use" sign... Once again i thought it was funny, but at the same time thought it was a little disturbing...

    My New Car

Yes stock R33 injectors are 370cc and yes their side feed... A good upgrade is the nismo branded 550cc injectors, they are simple to change and fit well and most importantlly dont leak like some other brands on the market... Spend the extra $100-150 and buy nismo, you wont be disapointed in the quality...

  13. We all knew it was bound for great things when she painted it yellow Would have been good to get Tiff and Vish's car together with my old car for a few pics... Oh and that yellow HR31 GTSX that came to SCC07, would have been a nice hand of cards...
  14. Sounds like it could be a bit of fun Beau... Will have to see if the boys wanta go watch some drifting... 3 questions tho (as i have never been) 1. Address 2. Do they serve beer/sprits 3. Will i need a rain coat or umbrella if its raining?
  15. ??? I dont get it ??? That all said, i ran stock calipers and just upgraded he rotors, DOT 5 fluids and pads... But this was suitable to my needs at the time, if i were to run a 12 hour race i ceertainlly would not use this setup as it would not be "fit for purpose"... Horses for courses is the old saying...
  16. As i said i aggree setup and balance of product choice is important, but stock wont do everything without some help... I dont doubt your track experience or knowledge but there is no need to be condesending. I still disaggree with this statement and I dont think you will have too many supporters... They probablly a big wank half the time, but they are an upgrade reguardless when used correctlly hence why all race cars used upgraded specs over factory units... You cant argue that, reguardless weather their faster or slower their all more reliable than OEM...
  17. Spotted "NUR34" in Moss street round lunch time... Was out getting bits and pieces and spotted her, looks the goods... Also spotted POO123 o POQ123 this mornign on the gateway near the boondall entrance/exit heading south...
  18. I aggree that setup and matching is important and that stock brake can go a hell of a long way... I disagree that their a wank, i mean you dont see V8 supercars with stock commodore or falcon brakes, not even the premium setups, they go full race spec for obvious reasons... The same goes for the guys who run full track spec skylines... Willo's car is a prime example of a nice well setup braking system for street/track/fun/drag bit of an all rounder... Giants car is a great example of a full track spec braking system, i dare you to tell him its all wank...
  19. nah, i got one pipe left with was a custom one made from polished stainless which replaces the stock pipe where the BOV goes... No sorry just whats listed, thats all i got left to get rid of... I threw allot of gear in the bin in my recent move...
  20. 6 piston brakes are the bomb on GTR's, so are dual 4 pot calipers with 265mm discs on a 165kg bike
  21. pm returned pretty sure it wont pm replyed Just a general recap for everyone, I dont want to post these items as their are either heavy or the box to fit them in is large, many of the items for sale im asking less than what postage will be if I shipped them, hence i would only like pick up sales or meet somewhere in Brisbane... That and I dont want to go to the post office, i hate the post office...
