TT and ACA are only interesting in ratings... They would do a story about a little old ladies scone recipie if they thought 500,000 people would view it... You will always see a re-occuring theme with these shows; 1. Hoons 2. How to shop smarter (getting stuff cheaper) 3. Loosers who do bad stuff 4. Good feeling stories 5. Council stories (beating up on a local council cause they do something wrong)

Oh thats shocking, I cant believe there are people like this in the world. How can they even lie straight in bed... Its really a case im sure that they dont understand how it affects other peoples lives and think that "she'll be rigt" attitude... Probablly thinking "they would have insurance" and think its just stealing from the insurance company... I hope Karma catchs up with them and the stolen parts bite them on the arse. Not only have they done the obvious wrong, but they could have killed someone hooning and could have started a bush fire also in the process and burnt down many peoples homes and wreaked their lives also just before xmas. I wish the law grab'ed these people and cut their f**king hands off as punishment, you would see theft lower over night. Vote 1 for capital punishment... Bastards...

This is happening right now in Australia with the 200 series Landcruiser, was in the Courier mail on Saturday... People are on-selling at a good 5-10% profit ontop of the on road costs... True story, my old man got the new saraha twin turbo v8 diesel on Friday and has already been approached in a shopping centre carpark and even at the dealership when he was picking up the car by another customer waiting for his to be delivered. The current back log for this model (Sahara V8 TT Diesel) is now back to March next year...

WOW that sounds like its cheaper than going to a car wash... Ill give it a go and see how she works... As the water tanks here at home are not always full either (had no water for about 3 months) so this would be great for tough times...

No A/C here Our ducted compressor had to be moved to repair a dodgey retaining wall and the slab will not be getting re-poured till later this week... So hopefully we will have our A/C back by the end of the week...

There is about a dozen tint marts round SEQ and NSW. www.tintmart.com.au I went to strathpine as it was closest to me. Cost was $350, called around and none of them were willing to do it any cheaper as they are the exclusive agents in Australia for this film... (I actually paid $330 as i had a discount voucher from the last car i had them tint for me)

Yeah im happy with it, i mean it provides a nice look to the car and reduces the heat very well then on the inside on has the slightest tint looking out... So its sorta the best of both worlds, looks heavy and dark outside and nice and light on the inside... It covers me needs and im very happy with the tint... So the main points as i see it; Pro; * Looks good (some may think so, some may not, beauty is in the eye on the beholder) Con; * Insurance can wipe your policy if you claim and they find out (which they probablly will) * De-fective car (Could cause you to get fines and loose points) * Un-roadworthy (Hence when you go to sell the car you will not get a roadworthy and have to strip the tint) * Can be very dangerous at night (If you put T5 on your car you are not going to see much at all and you increase your chances of having an accident) * Hard to wear glasses (I mean your looking out the side glass with sunny's on and you will be like double tinted and you will see very little, so take you sunny's off and not only do you look un-fashionable but then you need them back on again once you look out the front window. My point being it would be hard on your eyes during the day) Question tho; Why do you want to put darker than legal tint on your car??? Cause if its privacy your after talk to tint mart they have a new film called "Infinity Carbon" and its semi reflective and its almost impossible to see in the car during the day due to the reflection, then at night the shade of the tint offers you privacy. Best bit about this new tint is from the inside of the car is looks barelly tinted. I just had this put on the SS a few weeks ago and I could not be happier. As it gives me the best of both worlds, good privacy, looks great outside the car, reduces heat and UV inside the car (Ive had many burnt arms on the highway) and at night its very easy to see out of the car. Plus you get a great warranty on these films, they do darker than legal but they dont offer any warranty on those films.

R34 Mac What brand of product are you useung and are you using like a rag of something or polishing cloth??? Also where do you buy yours from and how much per bottle??? Latslly how many full car wash's do you think you can get froma bottle??? Im thinking keep a bit of this in the car for when i go to western QLD where there is no car washs ad the car gets really dirty...

Arhh well good luck to him... PS. I sorta still dont believe it... But ill take your/dan's word for it... I guess cause he is switching industries, I mean going from drawing and development across to auto-electrical... It would be like me giving up sales/account managerment and jumping to lets say becoming a farmer... Although I can see this as being a bit of a seachange for shane and so i can understand... Nothing against what he is doing at all, i think his passion for cars will be a great advantage in his new role... I just thought it was a bit of a left field move thats all... Plus the money he can make doing this could easilly outweight his old role, andthe other plus is he will have a new workplace everyday as he travels, that the best part about my job is you get to travel and your not stuck at a desk all day...
