i would say around $16k. low KM's and the fact that its still under warranty puts you into a category most other skyline owners/sellers arnt in also you have lightly modded your car, your not running a fulli heqtik 230+kw on a daily basis so thats also a good thing.

need 100k service, car is already at a place my friend told me were honest and bla bla bla, well the guy has had it for 3 days now he needed to order in the timing belt and some other shit, i thought i would be looking at around $800 not $1600 cant do much now as the car is has already been worked on but yeah, its a 97 NA auto r33 it needed sparkplugs,belt,lube change ect,ect all brakes are in bad condition, auto tranny service some feedback asap would be very much appreciated. im going to be broke for a few weeks =/

they arnt that bad i drive a non turbo and love it. even when i get off my p's i will most likely buy a non turbo r34. im not into going sidewayz heqtikly and launching...i drive like a granny some good points for you to consider you can pick up a 97 r33 series 2 N/A for $10g's in very good condition. you just have to find the right place. they look exactly the same as the turbo models exept for different colored side badges (big deal) they dont drink anywhere near as much fuel. they dont f**k up as often (depending on the driver but generaly speaking) so less maintenance = a good choice for a daily driver they have shitter brakes then the turbo model. probly the worst part about it really they have 4 stud rims so getting a good looking set of rims can be very tricky. another bad point a non turbo supra would be a good choice also, they go really hard and look pretty sweet too.

i think you should replace worst with best, here i will tell you why.... hypermathamatically..... my pioneer 6x9's only handle 420w, these handle 1000! that makes them more then twice as loud my pioneer 6x9's are only 3 way, these are 8! clearly would sound more then twice as good. kingwood is and has always been better then pioneer because they make there product with lead based paint "made in china"

sweet i got the soundstream 60wX4, it looks sweet and they made it fit perfectly next to the battery on a custom rack thing they built so im happy.....but there is engine noise comming through almost sounds like i have a turbo its like a whistle that gets more high pitch when i accelerate, i can only hear this when the stereo is low volume, aparently the place where i got it done has already put filters on it and they cant make it stop any more? im happy that my stereo is loud as f**k and it is nicely installed but very dissapointed that after spending over $500 on the amp and install it sounds like shit at low volumes. they guy at the stereo place said to me "its comming from your head deck" so then i started thinking that when i didnt have the amp it was fine and made no noise so wtf would it start to make noise now? wouldnt that mean its the amp?. there are some 5 and 20 amp noise filters they sell at jay car maybe these things might help? https://secure4.vivid-design.com.au/jaycar2...ts.asp?FORM=CAT click on left hand tab car acces. then supressors any replies would be great thanks.

i like pioneer decks for some reason, you can pick them up with the front aux input cd/mp3 detachable face ect for less then $200. with the money left over in your budget you would be able to get it installed by pros.

like the topic says i know they used to be good but are they still of similar quality? the reason i ask is that im about to get a 4 channel amp for my splits and 6x9's. after shopping around i have seen some amps like the new pioneer 4x100 for around $320 and a jbl for $350 reduced from $500. The soundstream one i have been told "is good" is for sale for $400 and its only 4X60 =/ i dont have enough cash to waste on the 4X100w soundstream model so meh..i dont know help me out here! not really sure what to do. i was thinking of the 4x60 amp,but thats not much more powerfull then my headeck!!? am i right?

i voted for skinny because i have a non turbo, i like to think it handles better then it really does. especially having shitty brakes and an auto tranny. who am i kidding? im humming for a 5 stud conversion and some decent rims and tyres......also a turbo and a manual gearbox....in other words a completely different skyline.

"the best for lesser dont go to the tint molester" he took out my 6x9's then aparently didnt have a drill so he couldnt put them back in!?!? so i had to go back and get them put in from another place out my my pocket then go back to tint professor to get my money back, after waiting for 50 minutes for the guy to come down and talk to me he finally gave me a check. after this i was really pissed off. i spose in the end it was okay because they did do a good job but they could have called me and told me they needed to take them out, also the bosses manner was really rude to me and my family when he rocked up at my place, he was just a cockey loud f**kwit. he left the courtesy car at my house and never gave me any keys so wtf was with that? i would never go back. i think he is on cocaine. he also started to bag out my friend infront of me even though i called up and said i have a reference from him so aparently i got it cheaper. a complete dick dont go to them. he also never called me when the job was complete i called him up and he said it was done 2 hours earlier!?!?? my car came with death black import tint, you couldnt see out it especially at night it was a death trap. i got the second most darkest tint and it is perfect, il post some pics up if you want.

my friend told me that the r32-24 skylines wernt able to be imported into america or driven there becauseof emissions/safety or somthing. aparently there are a few that come over from canada or something like that? let them have it, its about time they had something to base a new tacky fast and furoius movie on.

clearly the owner set out to make something different and that is what they have done. ALOT of work has been done to it so i can respect it from that point of view but the bright pink on a v8 skyline is a bit much though. its like saying look at this tough car....it has a chevy badge on it, its bright pink it sounds mean but i have a jamie oliver lisp and listen to classical music through my subs. with a spray job it would be sweet.

i might be wrong but, the r34 gtt has the same amount of power due to that japanese limitation thing 206kw or something, just like the evo and supras ect, while the gtr has the same amount of power output it has alot more torque......doesnt it?

i have had my non turbo r33 for 7 months and done around 15,000k's i didnt get it serviced when i first got it. i really think i should get it serviced =/ the last thing i want to do is hurt my baby its one of those things i keep putting off *slaps himself across the head*, what should be changed at the 100,000k service?
