i would launch as per how much traction i was expecting to get, i.e tripple plate clutch on full slicks at all 4's with say 300kw pretty dam hard lol, then again im not worried to break shit as im a mechanic so if u had stock clutch,tyres and power. no point doin a redline dump cause you'll break shit and prob slip somewhere along the line

the oil gets churned up in the sump of the engine so oily vapors(air+ oil) gets forced up/rises to the top hence the breathers are located at the top, pcv stays closed at idle and opens as throttle is applied,

throw a set of cam gears on at the same time and u got better boost build up as another gain.. note : depends where you adjust the gears for i.e mid-top etc

carby omg LOL yeah i reakon you got a 650 holley on it, lucky yours is a double pumper however or else it would run lean, your one of the lucky ones. p.s when you finaly figure out how to block the inlet duct, id like to buy your std bov recirc pipe

more to the point LOL VEILSIDE33 Hey guys, about 3 weeks ago now i did a run down the quarter... i redlined first gear and it spat out the dipstick and left it hanging off of the side of my engine. my r33 now blows the dipstick out quite often and is realy worrying me

its either gona be cheap or realy expensive, could be blocked/not working pcv valve causeing it to build excesive crank presures and making it hunt at idle, or melted rings/pistons, my old engine ran fine except it used to pump out bout 1lt perhr of driving, other then that still went hard lol, p.s i had a catch can fitted at the time,

airbags work of a potentiometer or however u spell it loll, doubt chasis would flex and set it off, is 220 fast? if its quick then why did the car still have the airbag?

how would these go in a rb20? as in what power range and etc. also would i need valve gear? springs etc.

sputnik everyone with a 32 has that, thats the white plastic locater so the speedo can centralise before puttin the cluster back in. ive had it many times where the square gearpart of the cable pops out of alignment with the cluster, just keep sticking it back in, its happened twice so far.

i drove a car to a servo to buy p plates, i never expected to be driving, i wouldnt let the ppl that where drunk in the car drive, so i said ill drive, 200m after leaving the house, i got *random breath tested*. i do not drink, i pointed out that there was no p plates on the car even before the officer asked for my license and that i was going to get the plates now.. so i contested that fine and now its going to court... they pull you over, see your on your p's and driving a skyline and they dont give a f**k, hence my mutual <3 for highway patrol syd police.

yeah i did, and i also waited with the car, this is at like 12midnight in a mcdonalds carpark, didnt realy expect to see any ppl that would need the spot, however i waited just incase, all i wana know is if its the police's juristiction to book ppl in a carpark like that, id assume being the f**kers they are, they can.

if you think you blew the manifold gasket, i would remoove the turbo and replace the turbo to manifold gasket aswell just to be safe, as those nuts/bolts generaly rattle loose and then you have a blown manifold to turbo gasket 1 week after replacing your manifold to motor gasket.. just my 2cents

i stood with the car in case i had to moove it, was there for max of bout 10min just to wait for 2other guys. oh well still think its pretty gay.

hey guys just wondering your opinions on this one, apparently i can be booked by an off duty cop in a mcdonalds carpark for parking in a handicap spot, there was no other spots left, this was at waitara mcdonalds and the cop was blacktown highway patrol, he took photo's on his phone of my car and where it was parked, he was also abit tipsy in my mind however this prob wont matter if it goes to court or w/e, just wondering if he is in his rights to book me, he said ill get in the mail. p.s anyone on here do an old pac run last night (friday) in a dark r32gtr?
