engine light is part of the operation of the pfc telling you that your car is pinging, i would be turning the boost down, who installed it? i wouldnt boost it on a base map just to be safe,

well that clears up my problem then, i guess i have a vg30 also . to dam laggy for my liking, would puttin the rb25 bits on the front realy clear it up? less lagg. id prefure a steel wheel. p.s is vg30det steel wheel front?

just wondering if anyone has part numbers on shifter seals for rb20 box,the seal that goes around the shifter stork not the shifter plate top, i have a short shifter on it, i dont think that matters, its just my gearbox has a slight leak from that spot and i wana put redline oil in it but i dont want it to leak the $100 oil any part numbers or point me in the right direction would be great fellaz.

is it just calipers front? i thought that gtr calipers for 32 had cooling fins (sumitomo)

well i guess ive gone about this backwards, i will soon have a pfc and i dont have a *tuner* lined up, ive rang around for some rough idea on full tune cost and get anywhere from $600-$900, any suggestions for a tuner todo mine, im in sydney? p.s i chose the pfc because im abit of a sheep lol. if hundreds of ppl swear by em and use them on here and not many other rcu's get mentioned then it must be good.

you just answeared your own question in a way, you will eventualy need a tough motor, so build it right the first time.

what thickness headgasket was used when the head got reinstaled? just outa intrest.

if it had a cracked valve seat before hand then most definantly you would alteast notice a difference,id say on a near stock standard r34 with 50,000km someone has f**ked up... sounds like its let go and smashed a piston,

its very simple the car drove in normal, didnt leave driving, it was in the workshop to have cam's instaled and it all f**ked up, how is this your fault? my guess is he either f**ked up the cam alignment before remooving the cam's or he possibly put exhaust cam on inlet and vice versa? what kinda cam's went in it? did they need valve train stuff instaled also? personaly if i mess around with cylinder head stuff e.g cam's i rotate the motor slightly of t.d.c to prevent such things happening, in a court i dont like your chance's because your car has been *modified* even if it is ever so slightly im sure he can try get outa it.
