I'd also go for suspension first, before more power. I'd be careful with the AWD though , it doesn't always help and you still can get into sticky situations with too much speed. BTW is it a 2 door or 4 door?

bought a temperature probe and connected it up, interestingly enough the temp is quite low in the engine bay while driving around, it only starts to go up a lot while standing still. This is a before test.

I vote 02 sensor as well, I'm waiting to get mine in the mail. 300-340kms to a tank ftl Although I'd say 470kms to a tank for a non turbo is good.
