  2. for some reason people dont show up when it's too cold. I'd show up, but probably won't have the time. Will see.
  3. Had one shop tell me it might be the transfer case driveshaft on the way out. Can't really tell without looking at it, anyone have any other thoughts?
  4. plugs are 5 months old and correctly gapped. Running 3 year old splitfires Will look at replacing the 02 sensor as it is on the way out.
  5. ah but does an autech stagea fit under 125kw a tonne? rb26 goodness
  6. was getting horrible fuel economy on mobil synergy, went to BP 98 at a servo which just had its tanks replaced. Improved fuel economy by 30-40kms. It's good to find out how old the tanks are. They are only warrantied for 12 years.
  7. someone want to buy mine then? shit it's got a 25 in it, ah well no luck for me
  8. Anymore specs on the C35? Weight? features?
  9. well... looks like he edited it himself now, see comments at the bottom of the post.
  10. My eyes also hurt, BTW there is still one instance of the dealers name in there. I've been hard done by, by a dealer myself. Live and learn I suppose.
  11. Recently my car has developed a drivetrain knock when 4wd engages. When torque goes to the front wheels I was getting a repetitive regular knock. Goes away when you reduce the throttle. It does not occur when 4wd is disabled. Am running the car in 2WD atm Anyone had this problem before? Didn't find anything while searching. Had a look underneath the car as I did run over a branch on the road before the car started doing anything. Couldn't find any obvious damage. I have checked the attessa fluid, it is over maximum. I do have a few error codes, 8, 9, 18, 18 is the ETS pressure switch. Could something in the front diff or transfer case have let go?
  12. dont want to rain on your parade, but even in mint condition you can get these cheaper on ebay. The 1992 gtr though, that is worth some serious coin.
  13. or buy this rb26 goodness preprepared http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...id=1273A9767657
  14. not much gts4 love here lol. Ah well unless your going to wack an rb30 into it and turbo it, then yeah a 33 gtr would be better. since it is going to cost you at least 10k to turbo your car.
  15. dont hold back or anything..... not too interested in football myself.
  16. could also turbo the current block you have, suppose it depends on how much power you want? I'm running a non turbo block in my 32 gts4 which has been turboed (rb25de r32 block) But that was setup like that when i bought it
  17. fun when you get a clamp costing you 600$. I payed 350 to get my car towed back from wakefield to canberra, and it turned out being a loose water pump pulley bolt.
  18. fark, wonder if the guy survived. Looks stuffed.
  19. true true, but I have noticed even the 1994 gtr's have gone down in price, and some of the 32's with 34 gtr engines.
  20. thanks, bump. Reasonable offers considered.
  21. Found myself thinking about a 32 gtr more and more, even though i love my gts4. Also it seems to me the prices of 32 gtr's have dropped a bit of late.
  22. dont think so , only 2 or 3 people showed up from sau, some interesting ideas were expressed, will see what comes of it.
  23. Spotted reece in the renault around auto italia on the 18th.
