  14. I don't know if he's done it before, but the auto electrician at Spence auto electrics is pretty clued in, never done me wrong.
  15. Thinking of getting at least my rear brake pads done before texikhana. Mechanic said he'd used QFM pads, from what I've seen online they aren't bad, anyone here used them? He didn't like bendix ultimates as he said they tend to squeal. Which I've had meself. Wanted to charge around 250 a pair to have them done, ie discs machined, new pads put on. Is that reasonable?
  16. So anyone know how many act'ers will be there? Sounds like around 6 or 7 or so?
  17. Ok this might sound a bit dodge, but talked with my local auto electrician, and he's a bit of a lateral thinker (does good work) He said I should be able to use EA to BF at least thermo fans? As they all had them from then on? Or commodore ones, just need to measure up the radiator and compare the sizes. He did say commodores had larger thermo fans. Anyone know anything about using falcon or commodore ones? Or should I steer clear of them?
  18. Still interested in going, if I can wake up early enough, also would like to know where we should meet?
