there are numerous grommets in the firewall which you can run your line through just pick one thats close to where your mounting the gauge and make sure you can find it from inside the car aswell. as for the sensor use PHATR32's method.

you have to weld up the holes on the sides and might as well add baffles while its off or swap it for an RB25 sump and modify the pick up. im doing the conversion atm. omg please i am no commonwhore driver, but after driving my mates VY clubsport all that torque is gettin to my head lol

"RB26 is a straight bolt in for a GTSt with only an engine mount needing to be changed to a GTR one." someone forgot to tell em that you have to mod the sump or change it.

This is yet another crock of absoloute sh!t comming from the mouth of another "respectable and educated" employee of the government.When you get present a car to get a defect cleared who inspects it? the police? i think not You have to go to the RTA, EPA,AIS or AUVIS, these are the people who are qualified to inspect a vechile and asses if its roadworthy or not. Not the police. The police do not set the modification standards or any vechile related standards, ffs they dont even set the laws they are employed to uphold.

i dunno who your mechanic is but from what ive heard he has absoloutly no idea.let me run this past you Q: why are cars fitted with an airbox and in most cases a rosinator somewhere in the induction piping? A: to reduce induction noise. so having a pod filter which is not enclosed in some sort of "box" is illegal "due to the undue noise it emmits"

if you dont want your mods to stand out paint em black hide em do what ever. my mates 200 gets pumped my cops all the time so now he's painted his bleed valve, FMIC piping and CAI ducting black and mounted his BOV behind the front bar looks standard most people wouldnt know the difference.

these ones rezz is getting arent that big they are 1:24 scale which would make em ~20cm long like i said its about the qualiy and the detail they have adjustable suspension ffs i cant wait to get my hands on em

i think the price on these kits is great not to mention the point that you rarely find models like this in Australia. Buying models in Australia is pretty much a pointless excercise unless your buying a ferrari. I am yet to find a hobby shop which sells a decent set after market wheels for plastic kits. Really the only way to get models like these are through the net. even decent plastic kits are easier sought off the net rather than from hobby stores. Each 1:24 plastic kit i build costs me over $100 once i finish it. and they dont even have half the features these die cast ones do. Models of this quality are worth every cent of the price rezz is asking.

front never hit, its got a standard front bar so thats got alot to do with it.

who lowered it? how low did you go? i lowered my car 2 1/4" and it was still high as fu(k in my eyes get a set of height adjustable coilovers and go 3 inches. i think 17s look sh!t go 18s or bigger if your budget allows it. the price of 18" rims has droppped heaps the expensive part is tyres. 100mm is the legal ground clearance my car was 65mm from the ground and i didnt have much problems with getting around apart from my rear muffler, but the thing was huge. if you maintain the 100mm clearance you shouldnt have any problems my 2c

no mine is going to be RWD there is a bit more to it than just bolting in the 4WD bits the floor pan has to be modified a fair bit which i dont really have the time or money for.

have a look and tell me what you would do with it the pic isnt of the actual car but the damage is almost identical.

im starting it next week so ill probably document it in one way or another. once its done ill be happy to help out and answer any questions should be a bit easier for me though, because i have a full running GTR to use so everything is there and just needs to be swapped over.
