Simply stating a part does not work is one thing, but asking for a replacement is what normal people usually do, and the problem will be solved. on RB25, I think up to 240-250 rwkw roughly. Not sure about boost range, but I know of people running up to 22psi. Oil lines and water lines need to ba changed.
