  1. im just asking cause i havent been taking it out of the garage for awhile and went to warm it up around the block but theres not enough road and wanted to hit boost lol its not like i do it every time i drive... Battery ive been driving the car for 3 years now! asking whats stresses the engine more this or that makes not know how to drive ?? i bet i drive the car better then u !
  2. Actually its more like 7000rpm thats the peak time of boost when i normally kick it into second, but sometimes you dont want to keep going.. so u just nuetral it. (sydney)

Just a quick question, If u take off normally but then slowly boost it into the high revs 7 -8000rpm in 1st gear just to feel the boost but theres not enough road so then i put the clutch in quickly and let the engine wind down like its in nuetral, is that shocking the engine more then putting it into second gear straight away? Summary: The revs go REALLY high in gear then then in mid or high boost take it out of gear, im just wondering if that bad for the engine?
  4. I love the look of the LED tailights just makes the car look so much more modern! Only problem is they dont fit like a perfect fit you cant tell by the eye But if i walk up close to it and feel the gaps etc. They not as perfect as teh original. Is there anyway i can use orginal housing and put the leds in them? Anyone know of any places they will do this or be willing to try and do this?

  6. Lol ! Yes well im on my way to getting most of the bits rebuilt..Once i do the internals thats pretty much most of the engine back to scratch... Transfer case lazy ? thats a new one Might have to look into replacing that aswell then.
  7. Yeh tires forsure need to be changed but i would of thought the rock hard suspension are no good for the drag as there is hardly any dip
  8. WTF !! damm and i would of thought with my little mods, 316AWKW i would of easily went into the 11s... I was told my car was capable of low 11's with the mods i have. I didnt no id have to struggle to get those times. I only come to think that the suspension and tires play a massive role
  9. First time ever getting on the drag strip, with the shittest and cheapest street tires you can get, and the hardest suspension and people were saying the track conditions werent the best. I just went out for fun i have a 94 R32 GTR, A few mods done Turbos etc. STOCK INTERNALS. Anyway My first run was 12.4 Then my second run was 12 FLAT. It was getting late and they would not let me run again. So best time was 12 flat my question is with a bit of practice and good tires and better suspension how much do you think i can shave of that time?

  12. But deffinatley wont give as much attention then the smaller turbo cars with the FLuttering turbo sounds and the aftermarket exhausts. cops will respect the R35 driver much more, the car just sounds like shear power. They probably be like so how does it feel to drive that thing hahaha
  13. Yeh Don your right! Definatley will be smoother! But you know what the other day i heard an r35 Take off the lights on a quiet main st and it put shivers down my spine, it sounded like it was going to eat something very violent Deep Scream was sexy i dont know if something was done to it BUT MANN. I LOVED IT! Is that what they sound stock.. Maybe from the inside of the cabin you cant hear that but SHITTTT it was a loud scream. And im not talking about the a market exhaust scream your talking about its a scream like no other like it came out of its belly DAYM i almost shit myself maybe because the st was empty and it echoed more but MY GOD it was a scream u want to hear again and again. It will put people in there seats! It wasnt a a high rev take off So it started quiet then just opened up... ill try explain it in words lool woooooooooooOOOOOOARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!

Obviosly the R35 has more power to weight if it beats the rb26 stock for stock and is a heavier car... but newayz i was just saying pretty much, for less $$$ whats the faster car out of the GTR's.. im not talking about the overall car performance. I guess each to there own... And belieive me if i had the money id buy an R35 but the R32 would stay and everything will be re-built inside and out back to brand new, every single bolt will be changed, everything forged and upgraded around the RB and id say with 115k I'll do all of it.. Anyways Like you said USELESS thread lol no more posts then.
  15. LMAO 100k on the r32 GTR f*k thats an easy 9 sec car... Ofcourse its going to be faster then a stock r35 0.o... Even to get an R35 in the 9sec your going to need ALOT of cash!...Technology on the r35 inside and out ofcourse will make the car a nice drive Im not talking about nicest driving feeling No doubt the r35 is a more comfortable ride its almost 20 yrs newer and as ive read before it even feels like it does the driving for you at times but newayz im not asking whats the more comfortable ride im asking whats the more bang for your money here... I Just love the feeling of speed .....from what ive been hearing Id say the adrenaline Rush feeling in a Beefed up R32 will out way the r35 probably due to the fact that theres less traction on the R32 LOLL
  16. Coool i just saw the race The accelaration of the r34 was crazy.. I currently own a 94 R32 GTR great condition, i have only spent 14k including labour, Gearbox internals all stock Im only running 15psi on the garret -5 turbos and im making 316awkw that was 1st go on the dyno didnt try anymore as i was happy with that tune and told them to pack it up It was a safe tune considering the internals are all stock and im in the 11sec 1/4 mile barrier and thats fast enough although i am aiming closer to the 400awkw and a comfortable 10 sec 1/4 mile i think thats when ill close my wallet... im a thrill seeker LOVE my car.. Even if i was rich id keep my r32 but ofcourse buy an r35 aswell. Im a GTR fanatic.. LOL its a pointless thread but im just observing peoples opinions no harm
  17. Wow to see them all in the same second time with all the diff KW outage.Strange i would think almost 100kw diff at the wheels is a HUGE difference in speed. And the 295kw R32 I dont really consider HIGHLY modified, I thought the r35 stock was about 320kw Stock standard?? but anyway thats Interesting Thanks for that i would of loved to see that race!

  22. 150k GEEEEEEEEZUSSSSS i cant seee where all of that money will goo... i was thinking more around the 50-60k i meannn lets say 10k max to forge everything plus labour 5000k turbo kits, 7000k other bits like fuel pump injectors cams etc. 3000k computer + tune ..... underbody strengthening diffs, arms etc 6000k.. and lets say another 20k for other bits + labour I dont understand where 150k Can be put in ??
