If i dont go to the meeting point in Hillarys then the whole cruise would take about 20 minutes of driving going through my local suburbs - thats no fun. I have the leather and was one of the features that convinced me to buy the car. Definately adds a luxury feel and th black fits really well with th rest of the car. I think the pic you have might be of my car - did you get it the picture from the presitge motorsport website? After having my one year old son spill half a litre of milk on the back seat i would never buy a car with cloth again! If you can get the Momo steerring wheel like the one in the pic you will be doing well. It is the same as the local WRX.

Totally agree. Leg room in the back is not much. I have a baby seat in the back and it is hard loading the baby in - definately smaller than the wifes magna. Boot is a lot bigger. I think they stretched the boot too much into the rear cabin area if you know what i mean.

I just bought my 97 rs four v and it has leather seats and factory momo steering wheel. This does not appear on the options list in the link above.

My Stagea is arriving on the boat in Perth on the 11th of December and i hope to pick it up on the 12th. I really want to drive it straight to the licencing centre and get the plates. I heard you have to wait all day at Welshpool. Any suggestions from those in WA where to take the car to minimise time and hassle?

I live near the lake in Chidlow and dont recomend it. The water is filthy and the car park is far from the BBQ area. Whiteman park is better if you want to park right next to the BBQ for those who are security conscious. Why not head a bit further out for a longer drive. Chidlow is in the metro area and only 35 minutes from the city. Just my opinion - i have placed my vote.

Thanks guys. I have been thinking about buying one for a while but couldnt be bothered with the whole changing cars trouble. When i got the update from Prestige with this wagon i jumped at it and bought it. Yes - the wait is a killer - only another 6 weeks - i hope. I have already read up about the group buy and am keen for the bilsteins and lowered springs then i will follow up with the sway bars etc. I was going to import an evo7 but the wife was not as keen so when i said i am buying a family( 180kw! ) wagon of for less than half the price she was blown away. Anyway, at least that leaves some cash for mods.

Hello All. I have just ordered a 97 Stagea through Prestige Motorsport. Check it out on http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au/modul...hp?StockID=4102 First plan is to drop the suspension a couple of inches, install a better stereo and then work on a few minor mods to the engine (intake and exhaust mainly). I will have to catch up with those of you in Perth once the car arrives - due in December.
