  1. +1 Leave it white mate. I think that would look the best. It would look very out of place being black. On another note go with the black/look. Just do it with carbon fibre. Bonnet, Spoiler Wing Blade, Window Pillar Panels, Mirrors.
  2. You should be able to get the genuine seal from nissan for it ordered in otherwise take a section of it to clark rubber and try and match the thickness and type as best you can. Unsure what sealant to use though. Would have to be something that can cope with a bit of heat... I have replaced one before on a RB26 but can't remember what we used to glue it in... Cheers, Justin
  3. Yeah got the same one too. Really like it. Adds a little bit more class to the car and doesnt give me the sh!ts...
  4. LOL.... That sounds allright. A carchase and a domestic thrown in for free!
  5. Looking forward to this show... Propaganda at its best.
  6. Great job looks the goods. Just a quick question... What was the cost for the equipment you used? Approx?
  7. Absolute pr!cks... Best of luck with it. Hope you get some good news about it. I agree, this is ridiculous.
  8. Nova969. Merrick and Roso get a few laughs outa me on the way to work. Esp when they fk with people on the phone... hehe.
  9. Under the bonnet mate. LH side. Black Box. If you want to get some diagrams for them because they are in Japanese there should be translated diagrams somewhere on here, try a search. Cheers.
  10. Congrats on the buy mate. Really nice. I cant imagine the stares you would get.... Jizzzz in myy panntsss.
  11. We all go through these times... But think. Were all on this forum for one reason, because of our cars. Even though it guzzles fuel, tears through tyres, scrapes driveways, attracts police, is too loud... We all still bend over and take it. Throwing every cent you have into it, making sacrifices (eating 2min noodles for a week so you can buy that next mod lol). But everytime you turn that key and go for a strap, you realise it was all worth it. Anyways ya get the point.
  12. Does it worsen as you go through the rev-range?
  13. Hey Brandon. Just checked your pics out. Our cars are almost identical except for yours being an N1 edish... nice. Even your old bronze rims looked good! Im still set with the TE37's and will most likely go with the offset you recommend. Thanks for the help guys. I will keep scouting for pics. I like the white but my old GTS-T had white and it wasnt the most fun to keep clean. Will still keep it in mind but want to see what silver and bronze will look like. Cheers for the help.
  14. Thanks for the quick response. Awesome. Well thats what im after with the offset too so thats settled. Johno is that your 33 in the first picture with the white te's? That is exactly the look im after... Are they 18's or 19'? The 32 looks good too man with 17's...
  15. Sh1t. Thats no good at all man. Ive had my own experience with so called "secure" underground car parks. Caught em' ripping off my wheels thanks to a neighbour who was a shift worker. Before you ask I didnt get much of a crack at em. Got one punch in before they took off. But the police caught the pricks in the end... tracked prints on the car and called me 6 months later letting me know they are having there a$$holes enlarged in jail. Keep ya hopes up mate, I hope something eventuates.
  16. Hey... Can I get my name changed to R33TTGTR please. In capitals too if possible. Thanks alot!
  17. Hey everyone. Just had a quick flick through the wheel guide as I am trying to decide on some wheels for my 33 GTR. At this stage it has come to TE37's. I didnt fancy any of the slightly cheaper Work range and dont really want to fork out for LMGT's. The only problem is that im not sure on sizing or offset. Im only really sure of width, and 9.5 all round is what im aiming for. Is 18" enough to archieve a nice look? Can I get away with 19" or will it spoil the car? Ive googled around but cant find many 33's with TE37's that have the specs to match, if anyone has had to work through this dilema before your help would be greatly appreciated. Oh the line is white with standard GTR bodykit and I was thinking of going with the bronze finish... Cheers, Justin
  18. Argh! Not having much luck with the "finding"... anyone out there that can help with a link?
  19. Nah dude that "switch" trick is only possible in the R32 GTR's. Not quite sure but in the R33's it means ripping a whole lotta stuff out... I have read about it but forget the details. Anyways not a simple job so i have heard. There is a topic on the forums somewhere, I will have a geez for ya.
  20. Nah mate i dont actually.... well none that I am aware of anyhow. LOL. Thats all good. I have enough difficulty keeping myself outa trouble let alone a child. Its just the mullet job, it kills my life.
  21. WGMG!! is parents who shave there toddlers hair and give them little mullets.... GRRR!!! It aint cool to walk around with a head that looks like it has been attacked by clippers. And it def aint cool to do it to your child. WTF is happening to this world.
  22. Im an avid Green P Plater. My first car was my R33 GTS-T. It started standard and by the time id finished with it it was quite tastefully modified. All legal and to the RTA standards. This was whilst I was a Red P Plater. (Prior to all this restriction caper). Then I got my Green P Plates and upgraded to my R33 GTR. Since getting my licence I have nothing bad to say about the police I have come accross in my travels. I have incurred a few speeding fines, and illegal turns and other minor offences. Im allways polite as people have stated. I always have my licence ready to hand the officer, and try and crack a conversation with them. (Thats if its just a licence check) If not, if ive f***** up and commited an offence I just come clean when the question, "What do you think I pulled you over for?" question comes. No point trying to BS and bend the truth and tap-dance making excuses. This just shows them that you havent realised you made a mistake and have not learnt. Co-operate and make his/her job easier by answering all questions honestly. You shouldnt have any other issues if you do this. Attitude, Attitude, Attitude!! We wear those plates for a reason. So we stick out. So that other road users know our experience level and that police can keep an eye over us whilst we increase our skill level so we can one day reach the dizzy heights of an open licence.
