    Yer I know about that, mainly all of it is diet. Looking at the negative comments I guessing I put it the wrong way, I'm not aiming to get minimal body fat and skin wrapped. Im just looking to turn the fat I have into muscle and some definition.

    hey just selling my old front bar and bonnet . They are damaged would suit someone who eants for quick fix or just to use for track days or practice drifting. Bonnet is black, locks fine used like this for 8 months. 50$ Bar is silver attach fine, also been on for same amount of time 20$ or a 6pack jonhnie. Or if you take both for 50!!!
