  14. It's not that I have trouble with grip it's more the fact I have no powder and there is none at gym and over 100kg hurts the callus on the hands.
  15. Get a supergreen to help balence things out maybe, something like vital greens. Can get costly though. Maybe try a WPI if your not end up happy with the rice, or even soy though i havnt heard much about it. And there is natural whey out there with no sweetners in it
  16. Yer i was only putting out there, i have no problem the normal way atm, and the shoulders was just a thing i heard from a PT/army mate. Gave the mixed grip a go at 100KG felt a little weird lol
