  2. Yer thats the killer, get off the treadmill and get outside. Love the scenery Its helps me run further and push more. Say id go 80% till this and stride out till there. And generally if i kno distance from home ill sprint a last sector

  6. Thanks for that, Yer i hear that you should counter the pushing. Face pulls are a good one apparently Yer thats what i didnt check when doing it, was alone also. Will have to get someone to look at me when there next.

  8. Maybe a bit of both, i concentrate on getting the right tenchnique, not sure if my elbows are correct now i think. More the struggle with the weight. Might of been it was last thing i was doing only managed 4@50kg Is it common for people to struggle with there BP? My squat just reached 100 and DL is over. Might need more tricep work
  9. Gluten free is meant to be good. Doesnt affect me but i eat too much bread and sometimes leaves a bad after taste ( mainly white bread)

  11. First couple of times i used Bsn No xplode 2.0 i had the tingles in the hands, I never really used it before that. Its all personal tolerance with the stuff i guess. Im more careful now to prevent crashing, ruins work as being a tradesmen.
  12. Yer im not sure i guess there olympic bars, there is a shorter one. The longs ones just dont seem like 20kg, but if they are it raises my number by 5Kg Yer i found it hot leaving gym, couldnt stop sweting in the dam car, was a mid mourning/midday sesh
  13. Yer can be addictve, ive heard of cases of that with jack3d. I may use one a week or two weeks. Thinking of getting C4 to try just todo so. I looked at this Volative but its Us only atm.

  15. Exactly find what you want and stick to it, dont have to listen to every person thats there. Also what weight bars are at your gyms? Are they just the 20kg weight or do they cheap out for the 15kg types?

  17. Yer i only use if i really have the cbf. Some can do worse for you and make you crash the next day. Used bsn no xplode 2.0 two days in row and had to leave work the day after
  18. I was thinking maybe looking at a 6km one soon then maybe work up, whens the puffying billy one? Its just a matter of finding the runs and ect
  19. Good work!!! I just started doing some longer running again, did 4.68 around FTG/ Boroina, pretty easy landscape just the way i like it, those hill climbs are a killer. But im working on them in the gym running on treada with a incline. Been thinking of maybe hitting a fun run something small to start with for some fun.
