  1. spotted a white 33 near bond uni heading into varsity lakes as i was heading out towards bermuda street. Waved and got a wave back !
  2. tick the box that says 'i wish to contest this fine in court' if your confident. probably a high chance that they wont contest it once their supervisor realizes its bullshit.
  3. Sheldon down at Murnane Motorsports (where Sliding Performance was) in Burliegh was a Link ECU fanatic. I can't comment on the quality of the tune, but he does know the ECU very well. You can probably find Murnane Motorsports in the whitepages.
  4. is it below 90db ?
  5. faulty afm or a vacuum leak. Check all piping for leaks. search +afm +solder for a guide on how to self repair AFM
  6. if you were up here i'd have bought it already. someone HAS to pick it up at this price !
  7. with that turbo and rest of mods, i'd say 500hp+. damn nice ride dude. im looking at a getting a 33 GTR in next few months, but i think this ones a bit out of my price range. best of luck with the sale. if i save a bit more i'll be pming you
  8. swpotted SIC32 about 20 minutes ago as i parked and went into work, said hi. not sure if your on here, but if so, hi !
  9. how much damage was caused dave ?
  10. if you want people to take you seriously and read what you have to say, then take the time to type properly. When ever I read crap written in 'lazy type' I immediately think of the author as some 15 year old kid who can't spell and summarily ignore everything they have to say.
  11. dont spose theres any interest in a trade for a tidy modded 33 gts-t + cash ? at least you have some cash now and can sell the gts-t for the rest int the next couple of months ? pm me if interested.
  12. price ? might be worth spacing out the modifications so people can read em better
  13. if your southside / gold coast, i'd recommend Gavin Wood Autotech. Perhaps a tad on the pricey side, but they know their Skylines...
  14. it could also be the exhaust itself not flowing enough.. my old exhaust used to hold 11psi till about 5k and then drop down to 9 psi by redline. got a new highflow cat and muffler and now boost holds all the way through. edit: only 165rwkw.. thats at least 50 below what it should be. should be pulling 220-240 with that setup depending on how happy your dyno is and how much boost your pushing through. the low power reading suggests an underlying problem so its probably not just a restrictive exhaust. maybe a collapsed cat ?
  15. quick question. how long would it take someone to install a new set of injectors ?
  16. heres a question for yall. with the new hooning laws, how would a police officer proove a 'burnout' ? i just had an off duty cop threatening me through his window about me doing a burnout when i definately didn't. i took off pretty normally and just put the foot down once i got moving to get up to speed. back wheels prob slipped a few times, but it wasn't a burnout via any definition of the word i know. he was claiming "tyres squeeling and smoke" when there was def no smoke and no more than a chirp of the rears.
  17. happy birthday ! hope you got to take the line out at some point
  18. nice car, i can but dream, free bump
  19. bleh, doubt it. He's posting his opinion informally and not in any professional capacity. Not really grounds for suing.
  20. get them in a different colour.
  21. unless your absolutely fanging it for the last few minutes of your drive, you really dont need to let your car run for more than 10-20 seconds when u stop. Save the money and put it towards something useful. Seriously, by the time u park, wind up windows, turn off stereo, open door, get bags out of back seat, etc, u can just reach in, pull the keys out and it will be fine.
  22. stock AFM will be fine for those power values. Save your money for now and replace the AFM when you do the turbos and injectors.
  23. dual filters idea sounds the best. 2 induciton pipes with 2 afm's should see give you heaps of headroom.
  24. could be your AFM... it incorrectly tells the computer how much air when u tap the throttle and therefore the computer dumps too much fuel. The fuel cant all be burned so the car misfires and revs drop.
